This 8-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom stand-alone mountain home, just a little over a mile from the lifts, sleeps 19. It features four primaries with king beds, making it the perfect place for a large family vacation. Split the cost amongst multiple families & it’s affordable for everyone! And with the free Keystone Resort Shuttle picking up nearby you’re just minutes from all Keystone has to offer.

This home is nestled in the side of Keystone Mountain & offers parking for four cars. There are spacious covered decks with plenty of seating that offer scenic views, not to mention a six-person hot tub for your enjoyment & relaxation. Enjoy the hiking trails right in the backyard or in the neighborhood.

Head upstairs to the front door to the living area that features cozy furniture around a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace with a flat screen TV mounted above. The stunning full-sized kitchen is stocked with cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and two dishwashers. The dining area features a beautiful table that comfortably seats ten with five additional seats at the breakfast bar. Just off the living area is a small bar and an additional seating area for four. There is a half bath on the main level for your convenience. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

On the main level are two primary bedrooms that feature king beds. One has a television and an en suite bathroom. The other features a flat screen TV, its own entrance to the deck with a hot tub and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, soaker tub and walk-in shower.

Downstairs is a large recreation room featuring a small bar. There's also a sectional in front of a large flat screen TV, as well as additional seating areas. On this lower level, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has two bunk beds (twin over twin, twin over full), and the other has three bunk beds (two are twin over twin, one is a twin over full). There is a full bathroom in one of the bedrooms and private laundry in the other.

Upstairs are two primaries and two more bedrooms that share a bathroom. One has a king bed, a television and an en suite bathroom. The other primary has a king bed, flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom has two queen beds, while the other has a queen bed and a futon. There is also another washer and dryer and laundry detergent is provided.

**Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

Great House Near A Bay

My buddies and I stayed here during our ski trip to A basin. The house was incredible, had really nice accommodations - from kitchen supplies to plenty of towels & soap. Hot tub was fun too. We definitely recommend!

Poor. Unmaintained. Outdated. Windows did not close.Doors did not have handles. Oven did not work properly. Hot tub had to be serviced. Could use some new pillows.Would not recommend this place to anyone

Good home for family

The size of the house was great! There was plenty of space for our family. The house needs a lot of TLC. The pictures looked great but once there, there were small things that were janky or broken. The cleaners could do a better job paying attention to detail when cleaning. There was random trash throughout the house,downstairs, in the back by the hot tub and all over the garage floor. Not sure why the cleaning fee was so high when it was done half assed. The light fixtures in the kitchen were so dirty people before us wrote “dirty” and “clean me” in them. Some of the ceiling fans in the rooms were covered in dust and some pillows were missing pillow cases. One of the bathroom sinks upstairs has a crack in it and the faucet in the tub is about an inch or two off the wall. When looking at a glance, it looks fine but as you walk through the house and take a closer look, that’s where you find the flaws. It was manageable and worked for the time we were there but time needs to be taken to fix the small things. When paying $1000+ a night, the house should really be in better condition. With that there were great things about it too. We loved that each room had a bathroom. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The rooms were a great size. We also appreciated how much seating there was throughout the house. The main floor bedrooms were great for our grandparents who have a hard time going up and down stairs. It was family friendly and worked so well for our large family.

The house had the right number of rooms and beds for our big family gathering. It was quiet and the community space (living/dining/kitchen) was great. However, the property is quite tired and needs an update.

Going Down

Third time to stay here and the property is starting to go down hill. Closet doors were broken in one room, lights didn’t work in the master bathroom and a squirrel was living in the house. We had to set up cameras to find out what was getting into our food at night and were told we would have yo take care of it on our own. Just disappointed but it’s still the best accommodations and location for our group.

Decent not great stay at Keystone

House was good, not excellent for the price paid., location was amazing, size and layout was good. Very rough around the edges. Kitchen was not equipped at all, with what seemed like an assortment of utensils, pots and pans, many things broken and rusted. Coffee pot was barely functional, second pot was uncleaned Washer dryer did not work well, second set was non-functional. Fireplace was broken with a loose piece of glass just resting on mantle. House has great potential with some more TLC, but will not stay there again until fixed.

Property needs upgrading, you could not park in the garage as it’s being used as storage.

a nice place overall for relatively large group of people

a couple of things need improvement: 1. quite a number of flies in several bedrooms 2. side door to the backyard cannot be locked 3. missing parts in the basement baths: vent cover, sink pop up 4. bed sheets in the basement bedrooms were not clean/dry 5. the glass door facing neighbor's house in the master bed missing cover/curtain

Family Reunion

Overall, the property suited us very well! The game room was perfect for the kids and the bunk rooms worked out very well! We had trouble with not having hot water for showers. I’d suggest adding another hot water heater or an on demand system. The basement bathroom sinks were clogged during our entire stay. The hot tub was serviced while we’re there and never got warm enough to use after that. Overall, we loved the house! The layout was great for our family!

Unforgettable Family Vacation

beautiful location!

We had a wonderful visit. The communication ahead of time and throughout our time in the home was next level! it's a great location backs to a hiking trail, and fabulous outdoor spaces front and back. Huge kitchen and family room area with spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. We had 11 adults there very comfortably. My only negative feedback would be that there were quite a few things that just needed a simple repair - door knobs, screens, light switches, things like that. It's a GREAT house overall!

Christmas in Keystone

Beautiful home with beautiful views (when it snows). I was actually quite pleased. Some furniture (bedrooms) and flooring (carpet) had been updated from the pictures online and very nice. The property manager was very responsive and actually reached out to me once we arrived to see if anything was needed and any issues (only 1 shower head needing to be replaced) was handled promptly. An extra plus was the visit we got from the red fox we believe lives under the house. We will return!

This house is amazing

This house is AMAZING! There were little surprises to the house that was not advertised. The advertisement only listed one restroom in for the lower level. However both bunkbed rooms have there own restroom! Major plus! And there is a shower in the room that the sauna is in. There were a bunch of little things that mad the stay a little annoying. The garage is used as a storage so if your planning on parking in it, its a no go! There were bugs smashed on the walls in 2 of the restrooms within the home. And in one of the bunkbed room there sheets were not clean. 5 of the beds had dirty linen in which on of them had blood on the sheets and pillowcases. Im not sure if the cleaning crew automatically assume that children would be sleeping there so there is no need to pay attention to the sheets. In the same bunk bed room there was blood and hair on the floor in the restroom. (After calling housekeeping they were able to come out and see all of these things, cleaning the restroom and changing the linen in the room, However they never cleaned the huge dead bugs off the walls.) In the backyard there is a hot tub and a heater device. We were told by maintenance that neither one worked which was a huge bummer. There was a no burn order so we couldnt use the fire pit outside to sit around. And another things that was almost a deal breaker was on the main level but the backdoors there is a side door that is off by itself behind a small end table. At night when checking all of the door to make sure they were all locked this particular door was not locked and we could not get it to lock. We had to push the sofa in front of it which still did not give us a sense of security. But overall there was a ton of room for everyone to have their own space. We had a amazing time.

AVOID THIS PLACE: Deferred maintenance is still a massive problem here

The 3 star review from Aug 2021 gave me pause as the time approached for our stay. I called in advance and asked if the issues had been addressed (one month later!). I spoke with Mia from Summit Mountain Retreats who ASSURED ME up and down that everything was "handled". She later called me to let me know that the hot tub would be worked on during the weekend and she hoped it would be ready for our stay when we got there. Well, it wasn't. And neither was all of the other things previously mentioned: * Damp smell in basement (very strong) * Loose faucet handles and spouts in many bathrooms * 12" rip in felt from pool table (unusable really) * Hot tub offline and cold * Backyard a mess (not cleaned up, tipi is a disaster) * Garage is filled on one half making it impossible to use both bays * Front patio cushions still ripped and stained with feces * Carpet upstairs is stretched and a tripping hazard During the stay, getting the management company to call me back was a challenge (we had questions about things like the fire pit, and they never ever answered them). Escalating something to management went to a black hole, every time. Taken individually, any of these isn't grounds for a scathing review but given the fact they've done little to nothing about these issues since August, it's really unconscionable that they continue to charge this price for the place and do nothing in return for it. The only thing going for this place is the location and the fact you can sleep a lot of people there. That's it. If you need it, well, brace for the worst because you'll probably get it. My advice is to find ANOTHER PLACE run by ANOTHER COMPANY because this one is meh at best for the money.

Great Stay!

We rented this for a 3 day business meeting. We felt like we were at a lodge with the rustic Colordao look on the interior. With 8 bedrooms/baths we had plenty of room to stretch out. The furniture is a bit outdated but was comfortable all around. I would definitly rent this place again!

Lots of space, great open floor plan for large group

The location of this home and the layout are fantastic. Open kitchen/dining/living area (2 living areas with tons of seating) makes it great for family reunions with lots of bedrooms and dedicated teen space in the basement with bunk rooms and teen living area. Many master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms makes it ideal for family reunions with several couples. Great hot tub area out the back side of home. Quiet location in Keystone area yet close to many activity hot spots such as Breckenridge and Vail. The home is very close to a bike path with connections throughout Summit county. Two kitchen sink areas and two dishwashers are great amenities to service large groups. The house is "worn out" in many areas - badly stained carpets and cushions on outside seating, walls very dirty and in need of painting, bedding and furniture is severely outdated in bedrooms. Half the garage is filled (stacked) with junk including three non-functional refrigerators. The garage is essentially unavailable for any parking (there is ample space outside for parking). These items detract from making this rental outstanding given the layout and overall spaciousness of the home, and really shouldn't exist given the rental rate of the home.
