Designed for gathering, relaxing, and adventuring in every season, this spacious home sleeps up to 17 guests with 9 beds across 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms - ideal for large families, ski groups, and multi-generational getaways. With over 4,400 square feet of space across 3 levels, Alpine 28 blends modern design with rustic warmth. Whether gathering around the fireplace, soaking under the stars, or heading straight to the slopes, this is Keystone living at its finest—year-round.

This house worked great for our recent family vacation (8 adults 5 kids ages 7 & under.) We had plenty of room to spread out and the floor plan of the house let each family have their own space. The house is conveniently located to River Run & we enjoyed all of the activities there. We also appreciated having access to the pool at Dakota Lodge. Mark was very response whenever we needed him. We would highly recommend!

Everything was absolutely wonderful at this home! The host was wonderful and we had no problems whatsoever! Very clean and accommodating! Would highly recommend it!

Beautiful home! Everything was as good as advertised or better. Great communication as well. Thank you for the wonderful setup. Pictures can’t really do justice to how well this home sets up for a large family vacation.

The house was perfect for our family ski trip! We had twelve people and still had three unused beds remaining! The amenities were excellent and the house was stocked nicely. This is a high end home, but was still very comfortable with a layout that suits multiple entertainment spots throughout. The master bedroom is situated far enough away from the other rooms, so this allowed me to not be bothered by the kids staying up late. It honestly felt like it had three master bedrooms, as they were all very large.The ping pong table, shuffle board, hot tub and sauna were all a big hit. The house is very close to the village/lifts and is definitely walkable with no issue. Will absolutely try to book this home again( kinda want to offer to buy it…) The host Mark was very responsive and communicates exceptionally.
