"This home was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! We came to help my nephew’s family after the birth of his sixth child, and the house couldn’t have been better suited for our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The layout made it easy for everyone to have their space, and we truly felt at home. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. We’re so grateful for such a smooth and welcoming experience. Highly recommend!"

"We were in town for a dance competition and I am so happy we found this beautiful peaceful house. It is newly renovated and fully stocked with all the essentials. Highly recommend!"

"Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!"

"We were in town for our oldest grandson's graduation. Our younger grandsons loved coming to see the horses and learning about them. This property is perfectly located, convenient to everything, yet quiet and private. Perfect stay, will be back when visiting in the future!"

"I recently stayed at this VRBO and had a great experience. The house was exactly as shown in the photos—exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and communicated well. The location was convenient for accessing UF campus and town, which I appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this property for its cleanliness and amenities."

"We were scheduled to be in this property for a few days as we were under mandatory evacuation orders. We were taken aback as the vintage cottage. The house on the same property was vacant and had garbage and lumber in the front yard. The neighborhood was in the same state of disrepair. The 'courtyard' really was a SMALL patch of pseudo grass at the back door. I had reached out to the host several times before our checkin date and received no response whatsoever. "My husband and I came for a weekend to see our sons who are students at UF. We needed a dog friendly place and this is it—the back is fenced so we could let them out while we were back there—so easy. The house was well appointed—nice tile, linens, and fixtures, better than I expected. It is also close to downtown restaurants and pretty close to UF too. “Tiny” home but actually plenty of room.
