Both bedrooms enjoy waterfront views, one features a king sized bed and the other can be 2 twins or converted to a king. There is a relaxing balcony off of the living room and primary suite to take in the famous Key West sunsets. The inviting waterfront pool complex and gardens are unrivaled in Key West! There is covered parking for one vehicle. This Harbour Place condo is conveniently located in award-winning Truman Annex in the Heart of Old Town Key West, about 3 blocks from fabulous activities, shops and restaurants on Duval Street.

Deceptive Listing Details

There were so many wonderful things about this unit, but the 2 major issues overshadowed them. The fact that almost every incoming airplane, up to 33 per day according to the airport, flew low directly over the deck and roof, made this unit extremely noisy. It was often too noisy to sit on the deck as the planes often approached within 2 minutes of each other. THE FLIGHT PATH ISSUE WAS NOT MENTIONED IN THE LISTING. Dishonest. The other major issue was the deceptive listing photo of the CRUISE SHIP location. It is NOT off to the side mostly out of view. Every day they sit directly in front of the deck completely obscuring the view of the ocean. They often arrive early morning and don't leave until 5:00 p.m. At least we were able to watch the sunsets without obstruction (they have to leave before that time) but the noisy planes remained awful. It should be noted that there is no access to the boardwalk directly in front of this building. The positives include a spacious beautifully decorated and furnished unit, a well-lit bathroom, very comfortable master bed, ample kitchen condiments and bathroom soaps, etc. There was no hand dishwashing soap so we left the one we bought along with a few new spices.

Loved It!

Sunset Dalite is a lovely condo in a fabulous location. The condo itself was clean, modern and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The building was very quiet and located in the perfect spot for us. It was only a 5-7 minute walk to upper Duval St., but removed enough to be very peaceful with beautiful water views. We received excellent communication from the property management about check-in. We arrived on a Saturday (when the office was closed), but Stacy gave us all the information we needed to retrieve everything we needed to access the property. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Paradise!

Fabulous view and place! Trouble w/Compass

The view could not have been better for Key West. We saw the sunset every night from our living room and it was the best. Place was clean and well stocked. We had a problem reaching Compass and the check in was very confusing. No one returned my call until 10 PM when we had already figured out how to get in and found the email that has been sent. Apparently someone had forgotten the emergency line in the office and didn’t retrieve it until late on checking day. Other than that our stay was wonderful and the location of this unit is fabulous!
