Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Pleasant

Could not regulate the water in either bathtub. To have any water pressure at all it either had to be cold or hot. Also didn’t realize it would be quite so close to the airport However most of the air traffic was during the afternoon so it wasn’t a huge problem. The actual unit was very nice & exceeded our expectations.

This particular unit needs to be updated. The patio screen wouldn't close as the wheels and the track need to be replaced. The oven had rust on the lower front part.

No washer and dryer

Condo was clean and orderly. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. I was disappointed that this unit did not have a washer and dryer as we pack light and use them to extend our wardrobe. Neighborhood was very quiet, even though the pool was on our side we didn't hear anything. Could use some repairs in the kitchen floor, but overall it was very acceptable.

Nice Accomodation

We enjoyed our stay in Key West. The condo provided all essentials. I will note that it does need to be updated and definitely needs new flooring in the kitchen. The pool and grounds were well kept. It was a comfortable stay.

Kitchen floor is completely broken, the ceiling fan is jot centered on its mount and the carpet is frayed badly entering the bedroom. The place is fine just needs these minor details repaired.

Nice but needed updates.

I realize ocean air and salt cause issues. But the refrigerator had like pasta sauce stains and rust. Stove had rust. 2 burners (irons) didn’t fit properly. Tiled floor needs replacement. Bed and bath were good. The place works, it just needs some repairs and updates.

Great Time

This property is located in a nice area of Key West. The kitchen floor tile needs some attention also the dish washer leaks. Other then that we had a great time. And yes I would book this property again.

Needs Updates and NEW TILe

The unit was clean and well stocked with towels. Furniture is old and 1 of the 2 side chairs were falling apart. The cushions for the outdoor chairs have seen better days. BUT the tile in the kitchen OMG! They placed an old runner in front of the sink. After tripping over it several times in the first 30 mins of being there we moved the rug and put it to the side. The tile underneath was so cracked that my granddaughter cut her foot on the broken tile shards. Several tiles in the front entry were cracked as well. Several of the tiles in the main part of the living room were loose and you could hear them pop as you walked on them. No bugs or ants so that's a good thing but they advise you to keep ALL food wrapped and put away to avoid this issue. We used the microwave and the oven for the food that did not need to be refrigerated. The pool was great - cold - but great! And if you want to sleep in, think again! The jets at the airport start taking off at 7 am. And if those don't wake you the naval base jets will. Would we stay again, maybe, if they made some updates and fixed the tile. If not, I doubt we would be back
