"We had to drive through high water on road and parking lot to get in due to king tide. Their optional parking and dirt path was not accessible for my motorized scooter I use due to disability. Room was as advertised with beautiful views and accessible. Elevator and hallways need attention from cleaning crew. Room was clean and well equipped. Balcony chairs not handicap accessible had to use kitchen chair."

"We were satisfied with the check-in process and were really excited about staying in the water bungalow for our anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience did not fully live up to what we expected for the price.
Our biggest disappointment was the lack of privacy. We booked what was advertised as a private water bungalow expecting a secluded and romantic anniversary getaway. Instead, boats were able to come within just a few feet of the bungalow. At one point, people on a boat were literally...

"The space was clean, free of clutter, and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the setup and overall comfort. We were also very appreciative of the early check in. Our only complaint is that communication dropped off after check-in. Before arrival, the host was very responsive, but once we checked in, our messages went unanswered. We reached out about parking with no reply, and the following day we asked where the kayak paddles were located but never received a response. Because of this, we...

"This property is at least a 20-year old single wide mobile home. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living space are very small. The ceilings are 7-feet high and claustrophobic. While the home was very clean on arrival, and the staff was friendly, the home is showing signs of wear and disrepair. The ceilings are definitely cracking and in need of repair. The television remote control would not adjust the audio volume, and I had to call management. While a pleasant young man did arrive...
