  • Perfect home for a Family Gathering, or Extended Family Get Together. Snowbirds welcomed at request dates
    Renting as a four bedroom, sleeps up to 7 all on one floor NO stairs duplex. DOCK faces EAST
    Included is the CABANA CLUB membership with access for 7 GUEST ONLY including children (all 7 guest names must be given to us in order to check you into the Cabana Club before your arrival) The Cabana Club has a full size pool, sandy beach and an authentic Tiki bar. Beverages and food are available at your request.

    Within a few blocks (2-3 blocks) SUNSET PARK is the place to wind down your day. The sunset views are amazing and throughout the year free concerts are held at Sunset Park, just before sunset. Bring your lounge chairs, coolers and snacks-relax, listen to the music and watch the sunset.

    Duplex has a TIKI HUT just finished May 2017.
    A great feature is the SCREENED PORCH and table to dine in and relax on the patio large sofa area with views to the canal. New Commercial ICE MAKER and bait freezer. Outdoor furniture, linens including sheets, towels, beach towels, pillows, and totally redecorated in relaxing, refreshing, and updated style. You will be in a wonderful, sophisticated vacation atmosphere from the moment you arrive at our lovely home.
    One Kayak for 3 (2adults and a small one for a child) also available for use and two adult bicycles

    Key Colony Beach Canal Front Property. Deep water boat dock (37.5 ft) directly at your back door with a fish cleaning table, shower, water and power on dock. New Commercial ICE MAKER installed August 2023 and a bait freezer. 5 min. boat ride through the 100' wide canal leads to Vaca Cut and the Atlantic Ocean and quick access to the Gulf of Mexico

    Dock faces EAST for cool afternoon breezes-- outdoor furniture for a comfortable and relaxing way to enjoy the gorgeous ocean breezes for your trip to the Florida keys

    Open kitchen with breakfast bar which comfortably seats 4, and large table with seating for 8 guests. The kitchen/dining/and living room oversee the dock, sun deck, out door eating and relaxing area, and the water (canal). Kitchen updated with fresh white cabinets.

    Travertine flooring throughout the home-- living room furniture - leather with sofa, 2 chairs, & recliner, chaise lounges and outdoor furniture, Central Air conditioning, sheets, towels, and bedding.

You can’t beat this location! The host was wonderful to work with and great at communicating. The property was perfect for our trip as the dock easily accommodated our 32-foot boat! We loved spending time under the tiki hut watching the manatees right by the dock. 10/10 experience!

The accommodations were fantastic, you can’t beat the location and the owners were wonderful and very responsive! Great place and a great stay!

This was a really nice property. Lots of space and room for our group. Even though some did not show up. There's a nice spacious dock, and while we did not bring a boat, That's the perfect spot to have one. You got to see a lot of people go by. Sunset Park right down the street was fun to go sit at a couple nights. Really close to Miami, but not so super crazy busy. We had a really good time and we'll definitely mark this property down for the future.

Beautiful

Love this place, good location, very friendly and responsive property owner, clean house, this is our second year renting it and planning on coming back soon again, highly recommended.

Kinda of a short notice fishing trip to the keys. 4 guys from E Central FL. Picked the Rita Casa for the beds and convenience to KCB offers. Although the Wind kept us close to shore most days. Kitchen is stocked, beds, screened patio and tiki hut. ** only 2 misses- which were the ice machine was inop and not many knives for chopping meat and veggies. Otherwise we were great and she texted us on arrival about issues.

Amazing Stay

The property was clean and even better than described. My kids loved fishing off the dock and walking a short distance to the beach. Cabana Club access was easy and a nice break from the ocean. The location was great and found lots to do near by. Check in/out process was easy.

Awesome Stay!!

Very impressed with the property and Rita! We have stayed in 15 different houses in the the keys and this one ranks near the top. Excellent comunication from Rita and she responded to every request. We will definitely stay here again!

Key Colo9ny get away

I have stayed in several places in Key Colony thur the years. This one was very clean, nice set up and very helpful owner. I will de staying there again.

Had a great time. Caught numerous fish and lobster. We also enjoyed the Cabana club every evening.

Relaxing paradise

House had everything we needed. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room had all the necessities .for a week stay. The landscaping and plants down the walkway make it feel like a tropical oasis

As advertised. Nicely equipped kitchen. Good access to gulf and ocean. Wished ice maker worked better but owner quickly had a handyman come to the house. Nice stay overall.

Relaxing Keys Vacation

We enjoyed our time at this property. Well maintained and fully equipped home.The outside living space was my favorite. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The bait freezer amd ice machine were a great addition for our fishing trips. Owner of this property was so helpful and went well above to make our stay special. We look forward to returning soon.

Outstanding. Everything you need for fishing for a week: bait freezer, big washer and dryer, dock on canal, big comfy beds. Just amazing

Always great at Rita's

Another great year at Rita's house! House is beautifully decorated, kitchen has everything we needed, great grill and the garage freezer and icemaker are fantastic. Sitting out back on the water is so relaxing, great boat space and fun fishing! Perfect spot for our family! Thanks again Rita and hope to be back next year!

Another year at Rita's! As always, had a fantastic time. House is perfect...always clean, fully stocked, very comfortable and beautifully decorated! We love spending time on the porch or under the Tiki hut looking at the water or fishing. Icemaker and freezer come in so handy. Truly has everything we need. Thanks again Rita for giving our family another year of beautiful "Keys" memories and look forward to coming back next year!
