Beautiful Keuka Lake is the most picturesque of New York's pristine Finger Lakes, in the heart of the wine country. It is 20 miles long, boasts about 60 miles of shoreline and a maximum depth of 186 feet. It has become the top destination in the Finger Lakes Region.
Located within a short walking distance to Keuka Lake State Park (with boat launch and many hiking trails), our charmingly rustic, very clean cottage is situated on a quiet, private road with spectacular views overlooking the northwest branch of the lake. This cottage is perfect for a couple or a small family.
Sit back, unwind and enjoy the gorgeous romantic sunsets on 50 feet of lake frontage next to your crackling beach bonfire. Swim, fish, or take the rowboat out for a leisurely ride. Or simply take in the beautiful scenery from the comfortable patio chairs on the partially covered deck after a relaxing day of wine tasting.
The cottage is 7 miles from Penn Yan, 1 mile from Basin Park Marina (boat rentals, etc.), a very short stroll to Keuka Lake State Park, close to the famous Keuka Lake Wine Trail for tastings and tours, hiking, golfing, gift shops, antiques, many restaurants and much more.

We have enjoyed staying at this lovely cottage for over 10 years, and we hope to for many years to come. It is a simple, yet fully equipped, cottage with amazing views with a deck, lakefront and dock that just add to the relaxation. Kayaks and paddleboat too!

This was the cutest quaint little cabin that had the most beautiful, peaceful viea of the lake. It was very clean and had everything needed to cook in the kitchen or grill outside. Just keep in mind to fully read the contract as you would need to bring your own linens/towels or they can be rented. Will definitely try to visit again.

The cottage was small but perfect for a couple. It was very clean. The appliances are old but worked well. Beautiful view of the lake and easy access to Lake Keuka State Park. I appreciated the access to kayaks as this was a fun activity and the lake is excellent for boating. The cottage is located within reach of many finger lakes activities. Really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay! Our youngest tried kayaking for the first time and loved it. We enjoyed swimming right from the shore and having family meals outside. Can’t wait to return next year!

Hidden Gem

We stayed 9 beautiful nights here. The property is nestled on the lake between 2 larger homes. It is very private and quiet, as most of the properties are lived in by owners. Keuka State Park is minutes away. It has a wonderful playground and facilities. We were able to fish, kayak, and swim at our leisure. The walk to the cottage from parking is about 10 steps down making it easy to bring things into. There is a nice size deck with a covered picnic table. The views are gorgeous. The owners provide 2 kayaks for guests, as well as a paddle boat. The kitchen is well stocked and the entire property is maintained. I loved the nautical/ patriotic decor. I can’t recommend this property enough. This is our second year and we look forward to spending time here in the future.

Super clean lake!

Thank you very much for our stay at your lovely cottage. It was so clean, so comfortable, and SO cute! The old screen doors took us back to our childhoods. We spent our days on the water and our nights around the campfire. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place, and we had the best time! Thanks again!

If you are looking for a quaint cottage on the lake with a beautiful view, look no further! This is a phenomenal property! It is well-maintained, clean, and stocked with useful thoughtful items, plus the location is conveniently located near numerous wineries. The hosts are prompt with communication and we found the co-owners nearby extremely delightful and most helpful. We have already booked our return trip for 2026, which is a first for us!
