Could not have been better!

Week of skiing using this delightful cabin as our home base. Great location a mere mile south of River Run base, and an easy five minute drive into Ketchum. Highest recommendation!

Great location, private retreat

Stayed at this property for a week with a mix of work "at home" (great wifi) and time out to enjoy the surrounding area. Loved the easy access to town and the biking and walking trails. Nice set up for 2 adults and 1 small dog with plenty of storage space to get organized for our longer stay. Easy to reach home owner and the unit sits back from the main house and is very private.

Cozy stay in Ketchum

We came for 5 nights around Labor Day for a bike event. This home was the perfect place for our trip. The home was clean and cozy. The location was perfect - close to a bike path and downtown. The host made sure everything we could need (and more) was available. We would definitely stay here again!

A perfect mini-moon

We spent three days here after getting married and it was perfect. We were able to bike to trails, the river, and downtown everyday and the guesthouse had all the amenities we needed. We hope to come back!

The Perfect Couples Retreat

Kim & Bob's guesthouse is one of the nicest VRBO stays we've ever experienced. The property is the perfect size for a couple. It is convenient to Ketchum/Sun Valley (walking distance on a nice day) but outside the hustle and bustle. It is located on a quiet, lovely neighborhood directly next to the Wood River and the bike path. The hosts have done a terrific job of decorating but the topper to all this is how very well the house is stocked. From the lovely welcome basket to top quality cookware and dishes to all the spices you'll need and a basket on the counter with everything you need for morning waffles. You will love your stay at this terrific property. Just leave room for us next March :-).

Excellent Cabin

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Cozy Cabin in an excellent location near walking/xc-ski trails and only 1 mile from the Ski resort parking lot. The cabin was very well equipped for cooking your own meals with a spice cabinet! There was popcorn, pancakes/waffles, chips, a bottle of wine (we didn't drink but it was still a nice touch) trail maps, other snack items available on the table when we arrived. The only thing we lacked was News channels, but hey maybe we needed a break from them anyway!. Will definitely stay again.

Great location

Have stayed here twice and it has always been clean and no issues. Kitchen is stocked wonderfully. Always has what you need to cook. Walking/bike trail within walking distance. Beautiful and safe to walk dogs several times a day. Owner on property. Very friendly. Great host.

This place was small but cozy. It had everything we needed with well stocked complimentry goodies, such as coffee, creamers, snacks, lotions, soaps, etc.....This cozy cottage is well located near the one of the best ski resorts in the world, Sun Valley, Idaho. A fishing trip is next on our aggenda.

Exceeded expectations

Wonderful place to stay. The Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen is nicely stocked. Location is fun. Enjoyed the walking trail near the house as well as the river. Close to Ketchum. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants but appreciated the quiet location. Will definitely be back in the future.

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I (seniors), and our little dog spent 3 nights in this great place. It is one of the best properties we've ever booked. Really well stocked, comfy bed and spotlessly clean. They have thought of everything to make a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the treats and bottle of wine :-) Property is only 3 miles out of Ketchum, but we felt like we were in the forest. Walking trail and river access were steps away. Loved the book "Sun Valley", did'nt get a chance to finish it but I will look for it when I get home. Thank you for being dog friendly as well! We hope to come back.

Cozy guesthouse in great location!
