  • Este alquiler de vacaciones de cinco dormitorios y cinco baños construido a medida en el agua con vistas al puerto deportivo de Knudson Cove tiene capacidad para grupos grandes cómodamente. Cocina completa bien surtida, chimenea, televisores de alta definición en las habitaciones y sala de estar, internet inalámbrico, terraza cubierta con parrilla de gas para barbacoa y cocina de mariscos. La entrada a la sala de barro tiene lavadora / secadora de gran capacidad y congelador tipo cofre.

    La sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina tienen un plano de planta abierto. La cocina está bien equipada con un refrigerador de dos puertas verticales, cocina de vidrio, microondas, lavaplatos, triturador de basura, despensa, mostrador de isla y surtido de alimentos básicos y condimentos. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para diez y hay cuatro taburetes. La mesa de café de la sala se eleva para proporcionar más asientos para comer. La sala de estar tiene una chimenea de propano sin ventilación, dos sofás futón, televisión de alta definición con TV por cable con canales TiVo (DVR) y películas, reproductor de DVD, internet inalámbrico y una hermosa vista del agua.

    El cuarto de barro / cuarto de lavado tiene una lavadora y secadora de gran capacidad HE, un congelador tipo cofre y un lugar para colgar abrigos. ¡Hay una terraza cubierta en tres lados de la casa para permitir sentarse afuera para disfrutar de la vista y un lugar para hacer barbacoas bajo la lluvia! Además de la barbacoa de gas, hay un quemador de propano y una olla grande para cocinar cangrejo u otros mariscos al aire libre. También puede relajarse alrededor del pozo de fuego portátil provisto.

    Hay una habitación en la planta baja que tiene acceso directo al baño completo con una combinación de bañera / ducha. Esta habitación tiene dos camas individuales que se pueden configurar antes de su llegada como una cama King a pedido.

    Los cuatro dormitorios de arriba tienen dos camas queen o dos camas dobles en cada habitación y un baño privado con ducha de esquina. Cada una de las cinco habitaciones tiene un televisor de alta definición.

    Se proporciona acceso inalámbrico a internet.

This is an excellent property especially for bigger groups who need a beautiful place to gather and enjoy themselves. Wanda is right next door and very responsive to any concerns. Highly recommend this property. We stayed there for a family event and had a fabulous time.

Beautiful location

The view from the rental house was beautiful. We watched boats come in and out of the marina and eagles flying around catching fish.

Family Fishing Trip

Wonderful property! Wanda's home is top notch! She definitely has thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay. Wanda communicated with us and answered any questions we had. Very roomy! Great views and great location near fishing marinas.

Magical property

This was the most amazing trip and the property was beautiful. We could not have asked for more as we had everything we needed at Wanda's property. From the amenities to the sea life it was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. From the porch of the property we saw eagles, whales, seals and otters. Just amazing. We would stay there again, no hesitation.

Your home away from home in Alaska

We spent five nights at this wonderful house that was well stocked with all the comforts of home. All rooms were immaculate and everything was in working order. Beautiful view of Knudsen Cove which was a welcome retreat from all the cruise ship hustle in town. Close to kayaking and hiking trails. And if you like the tourist scene, you’re not far from that either. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Fantastic

This is our second time at this property & it never disappoints. The owners are the best and any & everything we needed was taken care of! The location is perfect & the views are phenomenal. We will definitely be staying here in our next visit to Ketch!

Great place for larger groups

Had an awesome time staying here. Everyone liked that they had their own bathroom, the kitchen is large, and the dining room table seats 10. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Ketchikan. Nice location far enough away from the cruise ship stuff going on, but town is only about a 20 minute drive. Make sure to ask about renting a vehicle directly from Wanda. The Yukon was perfect!

Perfect family Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful time with old and new family for Thanksgiving. Despite the rain and snow which is normal for November, the house was warm and comfortable. The kitchen, dining area and living room area was all open with lots of room for our group of about 20. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for food preparation. Most of us could fit around the dining table. The location is rustic about 20 - 30 minute drive north of the city. The view below was of a small village with boat docks and the fjord and mountains as background. The hosts were always available if we had questions or needed some assistance. I would give them an A+ compared to other hosts I have previously dealt with. They live just down from the rental so are very close. They also rented us appropriate vehicles we could use for our stay and made sure they were available to us at the airport when we arrived. The got a lot of use during our week stay. I highly recommend these properties and would definitely rent from them again.

Wanda was excellent. We had phenomenal weather and the home was perfect for our trip to Ketchikan.

The home was very clean and well equipped. Wanda was responsive to our needs and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House!

This house was perfect for us! We stayed here for 9 days with a maximum of 8 people. Every bedroom has a bathroom. There is a view of Knudson Cove from the balcony & inside from all the windows, where we watched eagles flying around. This house was stocked w/ everything from coffee to laundry detergent, from drinking water to trash bags as well as soap, shampoo, conditioner & blow dryers. The beds were comfortable & the house was neat & clean. The owners, Wanda & Darrell live close by & were available for assistance. We also rented their Suburban which was great for our big crew. There were some problems with the Suburban but Darrell & Wanda quickly came over to fix it. Eventually due to a hole in the radiator, Wanda loaned us her van while the Suburban was being repaired. We had an outstanding vacation fishing in Ketchikan due to ease & comfort of this house!

What a Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay, the house is wonderful and very comfortable! The kitchen was amazing, stocked with everything one would need to cook a fabulous meal, from spices and condiments to the cooking utensils! The view from the deck of Knutson Cove was awesome, and just a short walk to the Knutson Cove Marina and the Dockside Galley.

Perfect size for large groups. Great views.

We had a group of 10 staying in this lodge and we fit perfectly. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is really nice too. The views from the deck are amazing. As well as the kitchen stocked with all the supplies you would need for all your own cooking.
