Wine Country Oasis Pool/Sleeps 14

If you're in search of a comfortable, serene, and secluded residence to appreciate the Texas Hill Country, our Wine Country Oasis is perfect for you. Nestled on 5 acres, there is lots of wildlife to watch and enjoy. For the comfort of a home coupled with the luxuries of a holiday, look no further. Relish your outdoor moments with a swimming pool and a spa! The Wine Country Oasis offers all these amenities and more.
** Outside amenities: we recently had a fire happen in our outside kitchen, it is currently not accessible until new construction can be completed.**

We have a private pool and spa available, and wood burning fire pit.


Our home has well water, please bring ice and filtered water if desired.
Amenities include: master bath 6 shower head, extra-large walk-in shower, (GREAT for honeymoon get-a-ways) jet tub, and two sinks with a large vanity counter.

Master bedroom includes: TV, end tables with USB outlets, direct access from master bathroom to deck and pool.

Large guest room (main floor) includes: TV, desk, and closet.

Upstairs guest room includes: (2) full beds, futon sofa bed, half bath, TV, and closet.

Garage Game room includes: pool table, Foose ball table, large L-shape sofa, 70-inch TV, two (play checkers) bar top pub tables, ping pong table, and a small gym setup with hand weights and yoga mat. Icing on the cake is our cable comes with a great sports package!

Our home has no filtered drinking water, please bring ice if desired.

*Dogs are welcome although there is $250 pet fee (be sure to disclose prior to booking). Each additional dog is $150. Up to 3 dogs max. Pups must stay with owners, must be leashed if off property (city laws), cannot be left unattended without supervision inside of home, and if left at home alone they must be kenneled if inside, or placed outside per pet owner's discretion and liability. There is a fee for non-discloser, please let us know if you are bringing your fur baby so we may prepare the home accordingly for you and your fur baby(s) :)

There is a $95 early check-in fee. Please notify upon booking so we can ensure the home is available for your early check-in request.

We also have a local co-host available to help make our home your home during your time with us and can accommodate additional needs or requests with given notice.

We couldn’t understand why we had to contact the management company every time we wanted to turn the spa on. We totally missed it on Saturday night after the wedding and leaving early to get in the spa. No one responded to our request.We had to call to get the front door to lock because the batteries needed to be replaced. The TV controllers were very confusing. We were told not to use certain ones but none of them were labeled and batteries needed to be replaced.We couldn’t get the outside speakers to work. The game room TV controller wasn’t to be found but someone finally found one that worked from the house.Renters should be notified that the driveway is so short. Pickup trucks are normal for Texas and we only got two to fit. The out of state family rented a small SUV but we still couldn’t close the gate. The gate closing was important to keep the deer out of the yard. The dead deer on the fence was not a good site for small children. Thank goodness you were able to get it removed in a day or so.Now the positive comments. The house was big with a master bathroom to be talked about. Everyone had a turn or two showering there. The master bedroom door didn’t close properly so we just had to monitor when someone was in there. The house is beautiful and spacious. Wifi reception was great too.

Beautiful home! Conveniently situated adjacent to town, minutes to HEB and restaurants, yet nestled privately away in the hill country! Pool, grilling area, game room, fully high fenced yard, quiet and private. This home checks every box, and more.Inside the home - lovely open floorplan. Each bedroom is a retreat of it's own. The Master bathroom deserves 10 STARS! Large double vanities, spa tub with views, and the SHOWER is amazing! Walk-in, doorless, double rain and more shower heads. Temperature and pressure PERFECT! Nice kitchen, coffee maker use K-cups and carafe brews. Loved the living room with comfy sofa, fireplace. Gorgeous views from every window. Gameroom 10 stars! Outdoor kitchen was not available due to a recent fire; however, the owners had a nice gas grill and a charcoal Weber-type grill to serve in it's place - whiched worked perfectly!!The infinity pool was our favorite amenity-- Zero entry/sloping beach, easy for all ages to enter and exit safely. We loved sitting in the shallow end and then plunge/ swim in the deeper ends. Enjoyed our coffee poolside in the morning, and listening to pool's trickling waterfalls from the spa to the pool and off the infinity edge. Loved nighttime string lights for night swims. The home has older chairs and toy options to use poolside, but we all have our own favorite chairs and pool floats and brought our own to use.There are 2 fire pits, which we did not use. I could go on. Love this place!

Nice place but...

This was a nice property but there were some 'quirks' that made our stay shy of bearable. I messaged the property owners asking about the possibility of an additional nights stay. To my delight i was answered quite quickly, but it was only then that i was informed the out door kitchen would not be available to us since the previous tenants burn it down. Due to this incident, the property owning discounted the extra nights stay. We arrived early and were allowed to check in early with no early check in fee. For this we were grateful. We were pleasantly surprised at the interior of the home but especially the master suite and bathroom. It was a nice cozy home, that is, until we realized the water pressure at the sinks was regulated to a slow weak stream. The pool was a nice feature but it didnt seem to be cared for! The slimy spots and brown stained back wall was sketchy, not to mention the amount of debris floating on the surface and on the pool floor. Much of the debris was from the freshly cut grass and weeds which were completly scattered aroun the pool area. I attempted several times to scoop out the debris with the pool net, however, it was ripped and torn which made my efforts futile. Despite the dirty pool i could help but to jump in and cool down! Since the power was off to the outdoor kitchen we were not able to turn on the hanging outdoor lights so swimming in the darker hours was not desireable.

Mini birthday vacation

Very spacious, pool was great, hot tub was so relaxing! Despite not being able to use all amenities the owners were able to send us over stuff to help us out as much as they could. Communication was perfect, as soon as we asked questions they were on top of things! Loved the stay and will definitely be back

Family Gathering

My granddaughter recently had a baby and our family in nearby towns joined together for a day of celebration. The location was wonderful for the 11 family members to meet the newest family member. There was someone for all ages. Games, pool, a nice sitiing area and spece to cook a couple of meals.
