"We had an amazing time. The service and communication were absolutely flawless - we cannot rate the staff highly enough. Some of our family were sick while there and the Bumbak team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. The villa was beautiful and comfortable and our daily in-villa breakfast was delicious. We also had an in-villa spa day and a few separate massages during our trip, all of which was reasonably priced and wonderful. Something to note is that the location is...

"I loved Sin Nombre, it was safe, quiet, clean, modern and the staff there was extremely kind and attentive. Right across the street was a Bistro that served hot food and if you wanted you could order and they would bring it straight to your villa. The villa's were amazing!! Just as the pictures showed. There was a crossing guard as well to make sure you were safe when crossing the street. They had transportation waiting if you needed to go anywhere. We found a driver pretty fast that we kept...

"By far the worst place I’ve stayed at in Bali, the price was worth a great villa booking elsewhere! Newly established however not entirely finished. Corridor and rooms etc. Smart home/digitally controlled by app however too many malfunctions. Lights not turning off even with the control in the room. Aircon drips water. Room not cleaned beforehand. No toilet paper, no hair dryer no soap etc Fridge stopped working after random power outage. Said they will send their engineer to fix, never did....
