"We had a great stay! The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the cruise ship port. The communication between the hotel and I was outstanding. I received several messages about my stay and getting transportation from the airport to the hotel. I accidentally double-booked a room because I couldn’t find the original reservation. The hotel clerk that communicated with me was so sweet and kind. She refunded my money which I was not expecting. I highly recommend this hotel. ...

"Location to Mikrolimano where there are many restaurants. Staff very nice food was good. The only negative was the noise from traffic at night. The balcony doors weren't sound proof enough."

"This property is in a great location, close to the ferry port, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it was a royal pain when the power went out (not the property’s fault)-it was a long way down from the 6th floor to carry a heavy bag down the stairs. Good breakfast."

"The hotel was perfect for us! We had to meet our cruise ship the next day which from the hotel was a 5 minute taxi ride! The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, helpful. Cant beat the price! I slept like a baby!! We had breakfast at the hotel which was delicious. Definitely would use this hotel again for another cruise."

"The rooms were pretty, spacious, and clean! We opted for the breakfast which was comprehensive, and used the free shuttle service to the airport. I got a notification that our flight was delayed after we checked in, so we we slept in a bit. The folks from the front desk called the room to make sure we didn't miss the 8am shuttle. I appreciated that extra consideration. I would absolutely stay there again."

"We got into Athens later than expected and needed to stay the night before catching a ferry in the morning. We got booked into a family room which was a separate room for our 17 year old daughter with an adjoining door. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend"

"Probably the worst 5 star hotel I have stayed in. The food by the pool was inedible, there is a complete lack of space, housekeeping completely unhinged and the sheer mass of people in the lobby and queueing at all times is insane. If you think you can use this as a nice central Athens base, with a pool you can hop in and out of - don’t , you can’t!"

"Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren sehr nett und engagiert. Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber,z.Bsp. Haare und Krümel auf dem Teppich. Housekeeping brachte nur auf Nachfrage frische Gläser,nicht automatisch. Die Amenities gab es nur einmal und zusätzlich wurde schlecht bis gar nicht aufgefüllt. Für ein sehr teures 5 Sterne Hotel definitiv zu wenig … Pool ist sehr klein, 4 oder 5 Liegen und ein paar kleine Sitzhocker. Meinen vip Access Vorteil musste ich erst...
