"The cottage set up is very nice, beautiful, welcoming grounds. Everything was very clean, inviting, and very comfortable. We were in Little Rock for a multi day medical check up at UAMS and the stay at Rosemount made everything much better, especially since we could have our two pups with us. The location was perfect, close to the hospital, great restaurants, dog parks, grocery stores, everything we needed! "

"Very cozy beds & everything you need to feel at home. We couldn’t use the pool, sadly but it is what drew us to the property. Fluffy towels and firm mattress were major pluses! "

"Check in was simple. Kasey was very responsive to my couple of questions. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to freeway and every location on our list. The quiet location was super important to our athlete needing a good nights sleep. Plenty of seating to enjoy a family movie or lounge with a good book. Our college student was able to complete an online assignment, Thank you Wi-Fi. The back patio was a nice place to enjoy a sunrise - until the sun was too strong. Evenings...

"It was an excellent stay! Very clean! Probably one of my favorite Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in! Quaint tree lined street! Breakfast bread basket was delicious! Lawn was so peaceful and beautiful place to sit for morning coffee! Perfect place! Great hosts! Great location! "

"I chose this property because it was close to work but not too close since the area around the Interstate is a bit sketchy. The apartment is the entire upstairs of an unremarkable building south of the trendy SoMa area. My host was responsive, the door code worked, and the decor was impressive. The appliances were new, the TV excellent, and the dining room table made a terrific desk. As with all short-stay homes, be aware of the fees! My final total was nearly double the initial quote."

"We enjoyed our stay at the River House. It was just what we needed! We spent most of our time on the covered patio catching the breeze and watching the barges go by. If you are looking to rest and relax.....this is the place for you. The owner, Ryan was an awesome host. We will be back!"

"The house is really cute and is in a great location (quick access to SOMA and Downtown). Kitchen is fantastic and has enough dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to prepare meals for four people. We loved it!"
