"We only stayed one night for a medical appointment in Seattle. It was nice to stay somewhere quiet. This little townhouse is in a great location and is quaint. We’d love to go back when we can stay longer!"

"The property was exquisited. The one complaint is that the pots and pans for cooking are extremely old. They look like old PFAS coating that is chipping which is really really toxic. They were also warped and hard to cook on. Other than that that how was spotless and beautiful. Highly recommended we will stay again.. They were also warped and hard to cook on. "Loved this home. It is located on Lake Alice and is wonderfully warm and cozy. Our family enjoyed the Christmas holiday and we created many new memories. The home exactly matches the listing and we would love to rent this home again!"

"Our rental was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. Easy check-in and parking. We cooked dinner a couple nights and had all the needed supplies. Easy to access Bellevue, Issaquah and lots of parks a short drive away. Upstairs owners were very nice and quiet. We were very pleased with our stay here! "

"This place was great for our family of 4. Each kid had their own room and us parents had a whole floor to ourselves. The place was exactly as advertised with comfortable beds and anything and everything you would need in a kitchen, board games, and baby items if you need it. The location is close the university and a short drive into the touristy parts of Seattle. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again."

"We arrived to a unit that was very adequately cleaned and had all the necessities. I will note that parking and leaving can be a little tight and tricky to pull out of, although this is so in much of Seattle. The host let me putter about in the back garden which added to my enjoyment of the home. Anyone renting this unit does need to know that there are tenants upstairs; they are not very light-footed and are up and active much of the night until about 3:30a.m. This didn’t bother me...

"My family of three (including dog and cat) had a fantastic stay at Tom's Mercer Island apartment. The unit itself is stocked full of everyday comforts from great laundry and soap to speedy wifi and streaming services to a kitchen fully stocked from condiments and pans to fresh great coffee included. The best part is owner host Tom and his family who are very welcoming and very helpful. Tom is a born host, and gives you all the privacy you want but is at the ready to help where needed.
