"Non smoking room, smelled like it has been heavily smoked in. Halllways on floor one and 2 smelled like marijuana. Stayed one night then cancelled and stayed at another hotel for remainder of stay"

"It was okay for the price, peaceful and clean. Sadly the mattress was a bit uncomfortable & springy. I slept on top of the comforter and used my own. My room was clean and smelled great. The tv bit small for king size bed & room size. The channel selection was pretty basic. Small fridge worked. Very small microwave & it was a bit dented up but worked. I wouldn't mind staying there again if the price is right. Ive paid for nicer at same price or cheaper. I was worried about the reviews especially...

"Front desk at check in was great, very nice and friendly. Got to our room (137) - all the way at the end next to the side entrance. Stairwell door is right across from that room door and it slammed often at night waking us up. The side entrance door to the outside is broken and every time a person goes in or out, it stays wide open for anyone to enter all day and night. It needs fixed ASAP. Upon entering our room, everything looked in order and nice, smelled clean. But when barefoot, the floor...

"The night staff lady on the walker was not helpful or friendly she was more worried about getting outside to smoke cigarettes than help the guests very rude and unattentive but the rest of the staff made up for her horrible customer service"

"I loved the staff. I had a huge issue with my registration and they remained helpful and professional. Once we figured out issue (thankfully I had my email conformation) the issue was resolved. The breakfast was also good. I would’ve given all 5s but there was a cat in hotel lobby and I’m allergic to them"

"you have to check in before 10pm or they will cancel your reservation. It doesn’t say this on the site when booking. Also, there isn’t a phone number to call for the front desk to get ahold of anyone at the motel. The number sends you to a call center not located on site. "

"The room was very clean. Beds comfy. Pull out couch was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice but kept running out of towels because there were so many people swimming. But the staff was very attentive and replaced towels when requested. I loved the cornhole game and large connect four game in the courtyard. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
