"Great stay, no problems with the house what so ever, neighbor has a great culture feel, amazing elote place down the road along with 6 Flags and a fairly short trip to the city. Only complaint is that it was listed as the whole house but there were people staying below in the basement, did not effect our stay whatsoever though. Had a really good time and would stay again!"

"Had fun"

"Great little lake house that fit our family of 4 for a quick weekend. Nicely remodeled. Owner was very quick to respond to questions and accommodate a couple requests for us. The best part was hanging out on the deck and enjoying the lake view and breeze with extended family who were staying at a hotel."

"We just got home from a WONDERFUL long weekend at this 7 ½ Acre Estate! Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. The turntable on the dining table was great for games and had plenty of light over the table. If we had cooked, the kitchen looked well appointed and the second fridge on the porch was handy for drinks. There were plenty of extra linens if you wanted to use a pull-out bed. "The owners instructions were clear, simple, and checking in and out was really easy. It would be easy for me to go on and on about the view (it really is that cool), but I need to mention the house too. We loved the decor, and the games and record player were a fun touch too. We didn't cook, but the kitchen is stocked with just about everything you'd need to make whatever you want. This place would be awesome for a summer cookout. "The pictures on the VRBO & Redfin are old. Prior to our stay, I had multiple exchanges with JJ, the owner. Two weeks prior to our stay, I read over past reviews and noticed that on January 6, 2023, Allie V wrote a review listing multiple problems. I asked if those issues had been addressed. He said that he was going to have a handyman come out, but that didn't happen. "Well worth renting this home. We stayed here for a Great Lakes graduation and long weekend with our new sailor. Beautiful home, lots of nice touches. Windows and porches overlooking lake. Balcony off primary bedroom. Plenty of space. Great TV streaming access for relaxing evenings. Well apportioned kitchen. Thanks to the owners for a smooth process and great stay!"
