"The house was very clean, air worked well check in was easy. We did drive back to the Hog Heaven. If we had ATV’s it would have been nice to check out the trails. If I needed a home in that area I would definitely stay there again."

"Our family reunion at this property was absolutely perfect! The various room configurations suited all family sizes beautifully, and the family party room was ideal for gathering, conversing, and playing games. The pool area became a favorite hangout spot throughout the day. The catering staff was brilliant—breakfast options were delicious and satisfying, and our specially requested dinner was exceptional, truly worthy of a starred restaurant. The property manager was outstanding, promptly...

"This was the most amazing and absolutely perfect place to stay! The house was clean, well stocked and the host Christa was PERFECT!! So responsive and attentive to our needs!! We will definitely be back to this house for a getaway to the country!! Highly recommend this house and 12 Armadillos in general for a place to stay with a large group!! The bathroom in each of the 6 rooms downstairs was an AMAZING GAME CHANGER!! "

"The check in process was super easy and everything was set out and ready to go. The kitchen was amazing with everything we needed for an extended stay and lots of family to cook for! "

"The property was clean, inviting and very comfortable!"

"The home was beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean and spacious. Only complaint is when you view the home on VRBO it doesn’t say that the train runs right in front of the house. The train runs every 30min and is very loud. We had older people with us and they hardly slept. I finally was able to go deeper and find out about the train, but it needs to be posted on the main page. Sorry wearing ear plugs didn’t help either. "

"I had a family emergency that cut my visit a bit short but I always enjoy my stay. Everything about the cottage is comfortable. Plenty of restaurants in town offer variety and a well equipped kitchen should you prefer to eat in. If you’re looking for relaxation and peaceful surroundings- this is the place!"

"12 Armadillos was perfect for our family birthday/reunion! It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and super well-located for walking into town and exploring shops, restaurants, and bars. We loved the outdoor spaces/fire pit area as well. The kitchen was well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. We loved the fact that there were two houses which accommodated our multiple family groups nicely. Thanks!"
