"Communication with Brooke was extremely easy since she was proactive and responsive. Once my husband and I arrived, it was great to have a designated parking spot for unloading our car. The apartment itself was clean and decorated to perfection. I cannot say enough about Brooke's attention to detail and her ability to make an old home shine. "It was spacious and comfortable. The host was very hospitable. I would stay there again. "

"The property sits on a nice corner near the edge of the lake. There was no umbrella or shade cover over the back deck and the weather was warm, sunny and beautiful and this would have made it perfect. The amenities listed a fire pit and the picture showed chairs around the front deck (that deck was still empty). That being said there were chairs on the back deck, which provided a relaxed view of the morning sunrise, while sipping on coffee. Evenings were wonderful, as well with snacks and...

"I enjoyed my stay. The lockbox was hard to open, but it did open. The bed is comfortable, the ac and heat were easy to regulate, the icemaker worked great (many rentals have broken ice dispensers), the TV, fridge, stove and dishwasher are all new. But the best part is the screen porch with views of the lake, a fox family, deer, turtles and swallows. I would have liked some outside chairs and a grill, but you can't have everything. "

"Stayed here with my family for the July 4th weekend. Charming lake house on a quiet street. Perfect spot to start the day with a gorgeous sunrise and end the day with a beautiful sunset. We shared meals on the porch and threw the football in the backyard. It was perfect for us!"
