"An excellent base to explore London. A nearly new hotel with great, helpful staff. It was very clean. The only surprise was that it wasn't air conditioned, which would have made sleeping easier, given how hot it was when I stayed."

"The room is super hot. I mean even the temperature is 20 outside it is still very hot once you turned in the boiler. That’s just a bad design."

"Excellent place, however in need of refurbishment. Room and balcony towards construction site, not what I used to. Stayed there several times and unfortunately communication this time in advance non existent. They ask now for advance deposit for damages. They did better in the past. Don’t know what changed but this time a little disappointing."

"Overall the apartment was lovely and everything that was advertised but I was really disappointed with the check in process as not told how to get into building/ into room until we called and they then an hour later sent a email saying that the room is open and key on table."

"Room was clean and inviting. The balcony view of The Thames and Tower Bridge was worth every penny.
I didn't need to kitchen other than for teas but very modern.
The close proximity of this property to Tower Hill Station and London Bridge Station makes this an ideal pick between price, amenities and location."
