  • Enjoy your visit to Queenstown in comfort in this spacious 5 bedroom Lakefront home. Sunny Kelvin Heights is a desirable place to stay, with this house having its 'own beach'. Situated right on the lakefront with the walking and biking trail right there and easy water access for paddle boarding, swimming, kayaking, or taking the water taxi into town. For a short stroll, or for the more adventurous, the trail goes all the way into Queenstown one direction and all the way to Jacks Point golf course in the other direction.

    This house is perfect for large groups as we have 2 ensuite bedrooms (one upstairs), a main bathroom and another toilet. With 2 living spaces and multiple decks there is plenty of space for everyone.
    Underfloor heating is in all the bathrooms, a full kitchen and a selection of board games to enjoy.

    The airport, large grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants in Frankton are a convenient 5-10 minute drive. Central Queenstown is a scenic 15-20 minute drive around the lake. Queenstown can also be accessed by Queenstown Water Taxi which will pick you up at the nearest jetty (only 3 houses down!).

    Other popular attractions near the home include: Remarkables Ski Field 10min to base, Kelvin Heights Golf Course (5 minutes), Jacks Point Golf Course (10 minutes), Nzone Skydive (10 minutes), Gibbston Valley Wineries (20 minutes), Arrowtown (15 minutes), and local Kelvin Heights beaches - popular with locals on a sunny day.

    The base price is for 4 guests. Additional guests will be charged at $30/pp per night.

    No parties or events - This is a family home, not to be used as a party house.
    Quiet Time from 10:00pm - 8:00am as per city council requirements
    House MUST be left clean and tidy (as it was found) or additional cleaning fees may apply

Spectacular Views!

The house was well stocked, clean and the views were beautiful.Even better than the pictures, some furniture has been updated. Close to town, easy access to water taxi and golf courses. We really enjoyed our stay!

30th Birthday Celebration

We had an amazing stay. The view was absolutely stunning, we could not stop looking out the window. The house was ideal for our large family group, meeting our needs perfectly. We would love to stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay

A wonderful place to stay for 7 adults, and could comfortably fit more. This house has been made to feel like a home and is ideally situated on the sunny side of Queenstown with easy access to the walking track below. Would 100% recommend as a place to stay.

Friends Adventure

Having spent a week travelling the South Island we rendezvoused with friends at the Kelvin Heights house for a week of adventure activities in and around Queenstown.The house is a great size for 2 families with 4 boys aged 10 thru 16, 2 living spaces makes a big difference, and all amenities were thought of.Deb was attentive and helpful in the lead up to and during our stay.Thanks again for a lovely property!

Beautiful house and location

This was a gorgeous property overlooking the lake and mountains. it is on the lakefront and there is a nice walk alongside the lake. The house is very stylish and well equipped and warm. We are a large group (6 adults and 3 kids), and it suited us really well.

Kelvin Heights stunning location

We've stayed at this beautiful house twice now. The location and views are fantastic. Convenient to Queenstown via water taxi and short walk to jetty via the beach path. Deb, our host was very good at communicating. Thank you for another wonderful stay. Well be back.

Perfect spot for an extended family break

Spectacular views

We enjoyed our weeks stay in this very comfortable and well stocked home waking up with spectacular views of the lake and snow capped mountains above Queenstown. Perfect location to The Remarkables ski field avoiding the very long traffic queues in and out of Queenstown, definitely the best decision we made. More time adventuring, less time wasted sitting in traffic

An Amazing Home Away From Home

The house had the perfect balance of space for whole group time and separate group time. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious with good fixtures. There was good storage space in the bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The views were outstanding. The house is a tiny bit of an extra drive to the city but perfectly placed for a quick drive to the airport and is so close to the Remarkables. There are good shopping centres nearby. Would stay again!

Wonderful house

We stayed here as a family of four, two adults and two children. There was so much space and more rooms than we needed. Fabulous. The kitchen has been carefully thought out and has every utensil necessary to feel as though you are cooking at home. The bathrooms are lovely with wet rooms and a large bath in the main bathroom. Plenty of room for larger families also. The path from the house leads to the lake footpath. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you :)
