  • We are Back! and Sooo excited to welcome you to our Sunny Side Condo!

    This Unit has easy access off the street.

    A 5 minute walk to the beach, along with many delicious eateries.

    Sit pool side while you watch your children play, Take a soak in the hot tub to ease the days stress away.

    Situated in the bustling South Pandosy area of Kelowna BC, a short drive to grocery stores, unique little shops and wineries.

    Rent a electric scooter found any where along the walk ways and see the area in a whole different way.

    Our Sunny Side Condo, comes with all the comforts of home.

    Enjoy cooking? bring your own groceries and find all the cookware you need; with recent appliance updates as of February 2022. Updated furniture to ensure a restful, comfortable stay.

    Bathroom comes with travel size amenities, shampoo & conditioner .

    Bring your car and enjoy free parking of 1 vehicle within our secure building parkade. Limited Street Parking available, at 2 hour increments.

    Playa del sol provides a 100% smoke free environment which is strictly enforced through security.

    Our condo is ideal for a family or couple wanting to enjoy a nice get-away. No parties please! (a fine will be issued)

    Any form of smoking or vaping in the unit or on property is subject to fine.

    There is a quiet time at Playa Del Sol resort that begins at 11pm - 8am.

    All music and noise level must be kept to a minimum during these times and is strictly enforced; if violated a $250 fine will be issued per incident.

    Alcohol consumption must be kept to the unit; there is no alcohol permitted on the pool deck.

    We are located and have access off street level, which makes it easy to get too! No need to go into the main building.

    What ever your looking to experience can be found just outside your door here at Sunny Side Condo!

    We are so grateful to be ale to offer our place to guests coming from all over to enjoy the beautiful sunny Okanagan, and we look forward to hosting you this 2026 summer season!

what a great property in an amazing location. Condo is decorated beautifully and the pool amenities are fabulous. The host even includes games and playing cards. Will definitely stay here again.

Family Trip to Kelowna

The property was clean and well outfitted for our family. We really enjoyed Playa del Sol. The location is superb. Located within walking distance of the beach and a short drive to a grocery store. The hosts were very responsive when we contacted them.

Amazing location. Close to beaches and restaurants. Pool is great. Beds are comfy!!

Check in was easy and hassle free (note there is a $25 fee for early check in) and the apartment itself is even nicer in person then the photos. Walking distance to the beach and pool space is super nice. Sleeps 4 comfortably. All around a really great place to stay!

The condo was spotless, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Parking was convenient and secure. Location is close to walking along Lake Okanagan, restaurants, grocery and liquor store. Would highly recommend! A+++

We had a great stay at this condo. Everything was just as shown in the listing with even a few added perks such as a wagon which made going to the beach and soft cooler so easy. There was a small problem with a bed when we got there but the owners came right away to fix it.

Everything as expected. Only disappointment was the hot tub was still closed for the winter. The steam room helped to make up for that though.

We have stayed in Playa del Sol condos a couple times. We liked the ease of parking in the garage on the first floor just steps to our unit. The patio was lovely and much quieter than the units facing the lake. Will definitely stay here again. Just wish they didn’t have a 2 hour window for check in. Costs more to come in after 6 pm than an early arrival.

Great family getaway

We had a great time staying in this condo. It's clear they care about their property as it shows when you walk in. It's very clean and well looked after. It was nice to meet with a person for check in so she could let us know where to find all the amenities of the building. It's a very close walk to Rotary beach and lots of restaurant choices. The only somewhat down side is it's a very hard bed in the main room however I know that many people will like that. We highly recommend staying here!!

We stayed here for an extended long weekend and it was fantastic! Clean and great location! Only suggestion would be have loved to have a bbq on the patio. Other that’s that we loved it!!

My family of 5 stayed here for 1 week in July. The place was just as expected. Would have given our stay 5 stars but we really missed having our own bbq and felt like we couldn't use the patio much because the neighbors kept walking through it to leave the resort.
