"Betjeningen var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Litt dårlig renhold og fasiliteter, men privat basseng var fantastisk. Gitt at der faktisk er i jungelen og vanskelig tilkomst kunne det vært perfekt med en restaurant. Man må bestill mat levert fra gojak om man vil ha noe annet en frokost. Men alt i alt en kul opplevelse."

"The photos of this hotel are very misleading. Our room was dirty, and we had to request a room change, but even the new room wasn't much better. Both room pools were green and unusable. While the manager was polite, their lack of concern for the serious cleanliness issues was very disappointing. There were no welcome drinks or breakfast, and honestly, given the state of the hotel, I wouldn't have eaten there anyway"

"This property is very clean & beautiful. We stayed in the Seraya villa which was very private with a gorgeous jungle view. The pool & patio area were great! The staff was very accommodating & we had a yummy breakfast delivered to our villa. The gym was nice with the jungle view. There is nothing within walking distance so you will need to hire a driver. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay. "

"This is probably the most authentic Ubud / Bali experience you can get! The architecture, the food, the staff, the closeness to the jungle, the culture - all of these have made our stay so incredible! We felt like home and the staff were extremely responsive to all our needs; in particular Devani and Wayan have made our stay so comfortable and safe! The villa was very clean, exactly as shown in the photos - a dreamy space! We travelled there with our 2 year old and the staff were very mindful...

"Beautiful boutique hotel. We stayed in a room with a pool and view of the jungle. Unfortunately the pool is not heated and a tad too cool to swim in. Not close enough to walk to Ubud due to no sidewalks, however would highly recommend. Very peaceful"

"My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at KClub in Bali. It was our first visit and we do not speak the local language, so we were a bit nervous, especially with a 10-night stay. From arrival, our butler Reno was cheerful, polite, and incredibly helpful. He toured us around the property, showed us how everything in the villa worked, and highlighted activities like yoga, rice paddy walks, and itinerary planning. He also surprised us with honeymoon treats and checked in regularly.
