This trendy, newly built offers spectacular views along the coastline & across to an awe-inspiring mountain range. Designed & furnished to a hight standard throughout, offers you a paradise where you can relax to the sound of waves falling on the rocks and escape from everyday life. The villa is double deck, the ground floor includes: Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, Frigidaire/freezer. Lounge with a/c unit, satellite TV, DVD player, dinning facilities, patio doors, terrace. Bedroom with double bed, a/c unit. Bathroom with over head shower, wc, single washbasin. Separate wc. First floor includes: Bedroom with twin beds, a/c unit.Bedroom with double bed, a/c unit. Bathroom with over head shower, wc, single washbasin. The private swimming pool dimensions are 10x5m. There covered terrace where you can enjoy your dinner watching the moon reflection of the sea. There are two small sandy beaches close to the villa is about a 5-minute walk.


ST.THOMAS: St.Thomas is one of the most loved settlements of Kefalonia on the south side of island, part of the charm of the area is simplicity, unaffected by the 'development' in combination in peace.You can enjoy swimming on two beaches with sand or even the levels rocks,there are small tavernas and bar to serve.The route to the beach in St.Thomas is beautiful and you meet just before you arrive the perennial plane trees with small paved square and the fountain with the flowing water. Reaching the beach you can swim in 'natural swimming pool' to your right or you can descend left to the next bay to meet the first sandy beach or follow the path that leads to the second most 'private' sandy beach. Usually the first beach are quite filled so if you have no objection to stretch your towel over the flat rock we suggest the right side. When talking about the 'natural swimming pool' we mean it, since a part from the emerald waters and there is a staircase to descend the rocks the less ambitious.

Tranquillity, picturesque, just wonderful

We've had a fabulous stay at Seaview Villa you can not beat the view, it's incredible. Villa itself is adequate, pool is stunning and refreshing during October's warmth. Villa location is excellent, short 15min drive from airport nicely tucked away off the main roads, very private setting despite neighbouring properties. You are not overlooked at all. Good base for exploring the island. Kefalonia is a spectacularly beautiful island with a number of stunning beaches that would rival many carribean shores. With it being October and end of season, many businesses have already closed, despite this we've eaten well and found plenty to do. Car hire for this location is recommended. Themis is a superb manager of the property and quickly acts on any requests. We will be coming back and hope to stay here again.

Exceptional sea views in quiet location

Loved this villa for its location and beautiful sea views. Car is needed but only 30 mins from the airport. Plenty of places to visit and good restaurants nearby. Would definitely go back.

Great location but dirty and poorly equipped

The villa was dirty when we arrived - food smears in the fridge, used razor blades in bathroom and dirty toilets. There was no cleaning things not even a dustpan. We informed the owner and he sent someone over to clean toilets 2 days after we arrived and cleaned the house 4 days later ... but it was still dusty. The villa was poorly equipped - not even salt and pepper or a bottle of water. View is amazing and local beach is only 5 minutes walk away.

Fantastic villa with stunningly beautiful views

The photos do not do this villa or the view from the fabulous pool justice. It is set in a peaceful location with just the sound of the waves from St. Thomas bay below to be heard. The outside space and pool is great with loungers, dining area and sofas/chairs to relax on. The view from the pool is stunning. I never tired of it and it was hard to tear yourself away from the villa. It was a comfortable walk down a shortcut to St. Thomas' beach which is sandy to the left and shallow - perfect for our 2 children. Inside the villa was spotless and well equipped. I would rebook without hesitation and have been recommending to our friends. Themis provided excellent instructions and directions making it all very easy. Thank you. We wanted a relaxing week and this villa did delivered exactly that. Fabulous and well deserving of 5 stars
