"This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rimondi Boutique Hotel and it was as perfect as the first time. The customer service is excellent and Room 7 was excellent as it was spread over two floors with a balcony overlooking the street and additional outside sunbathing area which wasn’t overlooked. Although situated in the old town and very close to the restaurants and shops, you do not get any noise disruption - in fact it’s an ideal place in an ideal position."

"Had a great time staying at this lovely hotel. All the staff (reception, restaurant staff and cleaners) were all extremely pleasant and friendly. There is a mini market by the pool which is very well stocked. A bus outside the hotel takes you all the way into the centre of Chania and runs frequently. Bus tickets are available from reception in the hotel but you have to pay in cash for these. They are much cheaper if you buy them here rather than paying the bus driver on the bus. Our stay...

"Great spot if you plan on taking a ferry to santorini, its a 20 minute walk. Breakfast was nice here. Only downside was paper thin walls on the first floor, youll be able to hear your neighbors if they are loud!"

"We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast and coffee is perfect in the morning. The rooms were good for our large family (we had two rooms with 3 beds each) and the area is very walkable. "Beautiful stay , staff so warm and welcoming , very peaceful and spotlessly clean - George and the team answered all our questions and gave good recommendations. Rooms were huge so much spce and shower really powerful . Breakfast was ok enouh to keep going , but you must have a car , we didnt and had to rely on buses which was a bit awkward as there is nothing nearby - if you want peace and quiet this is your place , specialmention to Katherine and her lovely cakes"

"Fabulous location , set in its own grounds so very relaxed . Stella is simply the most wonderful host , very kind , very friendly and very helpful. Our room was and remained spotless , whilst the property is maybe no new , it’s impossible to age as everything was immaculate . Great aircon and decent shower. The pool was brilliant such a tranquil spot . We loved our stay at Reina . Thanks Stella . "
