"Was surprised at the 4 star hotel rating. Yes its an old B&B but you have to carry your luggage up flights of stairs, no internet reception on top floor unless you go to the stairwell, water didn't get hot in the shower. Food was good but not what was in the photos."

"Check in was easy. Apartment was roomy for the 4 of us & our luggage. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was very nice with great storage for our toiletries. Location was great as you can walk to many restaurants & Pubs. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Coffee, tea, juices too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend & stay again. "

"The room was clean, parking was an adequate. The entrance and how you check in is a bit strange. Especially with a crowded bar and restaurant!! The WiFi didn’t work, the tv remote didn’t work therefore NO tv. Quite surprised with a pub close to downstairs the room was quite."

"I loved my room at the Woodquay. It was so cozy and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable and check in and check out was very easy.
It is a very short walk to all the coffee shops, restaurants and other places to go, like the Latin Quarter, the Long Walk and surrounding area.
I would definitely stay there again and totally recommend it for others. "

Smack-dab in the middle of the tourist area which had major pros, since it was a short walk to everything we wanted to try and a short walk from the bus and train station.
Room was well-insulated from the noise and music of the area.
Would recommend for any tourists!"
