"This rental is comfortable, clean and modern. The photos of the property are accurate and the neighborhood is in a quiet, middle-class area near the center of Brighton and convenient to other communities north of Denver. We would definitely like to stay here again. It’s a very nice property!"

"Size and space were very comfortable for our two-family stay.. We were very disappointed that the advertised golf stimulator was broken and the needed part was not delivered during our week-end stay. There were only 12 plates and 4/5 spoons and forks for our 13 member group, but after my call plates, forks and spoons were delivered the next morning,"

"Everything rates 5 stars. My only suggestion is that while there was a lock on the outside door to enter the property, there was no lock or keyed entry to the door specific to the apartment we stayed. Meaning every time we left the apartment, we had to l;eave the door unlocked."

"House perfectly fit our group of 12 runners for the night before our 200 mile relay. Close to start of race in Ft Collins. Wish we were staying at the house longer."

"We enjoyed staying at this property during our trip to Denver, Colorado for a graduation! The house was clean and updated. We also enjoyed the park that was a 2-minute walk from the house; this was our toddler's favorite place. The property manager was kind and answered any questions we had. He even accomodated an early check-in since our flight got in a few hours before the normal check-in time. I would highly recommend this property! "

"Jeff was very accommodating for all of our needs and even helped us with an early check in time. The place worked perfectly for my bigger group for the 4th of July weekend and was very clean. Check in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow. He responded very fast to all of our questions and messages making everything run smoothly with no worries. Thanks again Jeff!"
