Great view of lake from room . Walking path around lake is outstanding. Service great. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Wife was able to enjoy massage last morning and they allowed a late check out. Water taxi to town works great as well.

Staff was wonderful! We had a small issue with our room and the staff couldn’t have been easier to work with and was so courteous and helpful. Beds are the best!! So comfortable!! I would recommend!!

Luxury defined. We really enjoyed everything about this suite. Highly recommend to anyone visitng Queenstown. We had parking but it required a bit of up and downhill walking. This did not affect how much we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was courteous. But kitchen appliances were not up to the par. Microwave goes down for 10 mins if two dishes heated. Washroom was ok, not very good.
