"A good place to stay if you are not looking for luxury accommodation, really good value for money. The in-house restaurant provides good Indonesian foods with plenty of choices. It is near to the ferry terminal and it provides free taxi service to the hotel. Added benefit is the hotel is facing west which makes it a fantastic place for watching sun set at its rooftop."

"On my arrival at the hotel, when I realized that I booked a different kind of room than I expected, the manager willingly upgraded it without any charge. All the staff were very kind and helpful with nice smiles. It was very comfortable stay with quietness and a nice sea view right through the windows of the room. Also I could enjoy all the local food around the hotel. I'd like to stay there again some time later."

"The staff from the driver to the reception were phenomenal! It was not highly rated because it is an older villa, but for the price compared to other villas it is exceptional! Our driver Iskandar took us for lunch at a local place that was good and cheap. The reception offered to purchase belinjo chips for us at the market so we don't have to pay tourist prices. the property is close to Lagoi beach where there are cheaper local restaurants and cafes. "The staff at Four Points in Bintan are the most welcoming, cheerful and helpful people I have met, never experienced something like this in my life. The hotel is a great place to relax: one can swim at the pool, walk by the beach, have drinks at the pool bar or exercise at the gym. Perfect to switch off for a few days. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is also great, one probably needs weeks to try all the options; make sure you include when booking. Overall, highly recommended."
