However, I found the mattress to be too soft, which made it less comfortable for me. In addition, during my 11‑night stay, I noticed that cleaning service required an extra charge. "We loved the room and the location was excellent. When we got out of the station, the street was full of people and it felt loud and a little too busy, but as we turned down the little street to get to the room, it was quiet and calm. Being so close to the subway was awesome and the room is still quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly and having the ability to do our laundry was a big help."
