"The view of this property was simply out of this world amazing. Every single morning we felt like we were in heaven! The room was lovely with plenty of space for everyone in our party. It almost felt like we were in a place outside of time. We will definitely be coming back here."

"Great place! Only draw back was paying 25.00 a day for air conditioning. "

"Excellent and cozy Kona condo! We got to check in 4 hours early and they have everything you could need to play at the beach like boogie boards, coolers, chairs, snorkles ect. We would certainly come back and sat here again."

"Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. "

"This was a one night stay for our family of 6 before flying home early the next morning. It suited us fine for the night. Communication with hosts was amazing and easy. Very clean, amply stocked kitchen, linens, etc. Beach stuff to borrow (snorkels etc) for those who stay longer than us. Residential neighborhood location is amazing if you want to walk to everything in town. No AC so can get warm, but 2 ceiling fans and 2 portable fans. "The house was absolutely amazing. All ten of us had plenty of space. The view was stunning. The only thing I can say that was misleading was the references to proximity to locations in Kailua- Kona in the listing. It turns out we much preferred it’s true location up the hill away from the bustle of town. It was so beautiful. I am glad it was not a short walk to Taco Bell as stated in the listing."
