"This was a great value hotel. The location, just a couple of blocks from both the Esplanade and the Market is excellent. If you're looking for a full service hotel with a formal check-in, concierge, etc., this is not your hotel. If you're comfortable with communications and check-in via What's App, you'll be rewarded with a great price, clean hotel, and a free laundry (that we used). It had everything you might need for your stay - washing machine/dryer/drying racks/iron/all the kitchen crockery and cooking equipment (we only did tea and toast).
