"Requested a non-smoking room. Placed on a floor that was half smoking and half non-smoking. Our “non”smoking room smelled terrible like cigarette smoke. Slept with windows open, smell did not improve. Entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Offered to change rooms on a different floor, from one to two separate rooms. Not a practical option for families with kids."

"部屋はリフォームしたようでとても綺麗でした。ただトイレはなぜか座るとグラグラしてビックリしました。壊れないのか心配です。 ハンガーが2つしかないので不便なのと、バスタオル干す場所は簡易的なものでもあると便利だと思いました。 価格もリーズナブルで全体的には大変満足でリピートしたいですね。"

"We stayed just one night at this hotel. The area is lovely due to the bamboo forest. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the Narita airport and also to the mall. The hotel it self was very deceiving as the lobby is done up very nicely but one you enter the elevators that is where it ends. Some of the elevators have zip ties holding the rails inside. When you reach the floors there is this awful odor that you are met with. When getting to the room it is just worst. We went to the front...

"I had a 45 square room ,ensuite , that used to be a luxury room long time ago. For the price I paid I’m not complaining."

"Room is too small for 3 people. Breakfast is amazing even though the wait staff are not too friendly. Easy access to the airport with free shuttle. And convenient store on ground floor and onsen. Overall, really nice stay."

"This hotel is situated near the station so it is convenient to stay here; however don’t go here walking during the night it’s gets a bit scary walking . Also our shower was not maintaining a heat function so it was so uncomfortable . The staff was helpful trying to fix it but it didn’t work."

"自動チェックイン機はポンコツです。 部屋は想像以上に狭いです。 廊下の人の話し声やドアの開け閉めの音が深夜も15分おきぐらいに聞こえてきます。 枕は2種類あったので良かったです。 空港までのシャトルバスが付いていたのが良かったです。 値段相応、より少し下かなと思います。"
