"Good location, we got the large room which was fantastic with a separate aleeping area so the little one can sleep first while we spent time in the living / dining room Washer dryer was great but needs english instruction however Google Translate is your friend. Overall great experience"

"Great stay! Safe and quiet area. Close to Shichijo station. Popiscles and soba available for guests daily. Only critique would be relatively difficult to get to Kyoto station, as no connecting subway near hotel so have to cab it or walk a fair distance"
