"Exceptionnel! Arrivée autonome avec des codes. Des l’entrée on a un avant goût de la propreté des lieux. La chambre que nous avions pris était une standard pour deux personnes. "Dear Henk, dear Ellen, we really enjoyed our stay in your apartment. The check-in works perfectly, as does the friendly communication with you. On request, we were also provided with the baby chair for our stay. In the evening you can end the day in the hot tub. "Ce petit appartement est très agréable et surtout très bien placé en plein centre de Gand. La communication avec Anthony le gérant est très efficace et le procédure d’entrée et sortie automatisée très simple. Parfait pour une famille avec des enfants. Pour 4 adultes sachez que le lit en mezzanine nécessite un peu de souplesse pour y accéder et que le canapé du salon est un clic clac. Nous on a beaucoup aimé et on même pu garer la voiture à 5 minutes (pour 20€ la journée quand-même)."

"We had a great stay! The room was just as the photos. There were towels, tea, a hairdryer, and a kettle. At the entrance, there were recommendations for bars, restaurants, and activities. The location is also great! What could have been better was communication prior to arrival. I had to fill out a long form to receive check-in instructions, and I also had issues with the instructions. Contact via WhatsApp was helpful and quick in resolving the issues."
