"The bartender and waiters were very helpful and kind. The people at reception were usually kind too, however rarely seemed to have solutions to our problems with the Wi-Fi and lack of water in the room on Day 3. Wi-Fi NEVER worked in our room- only the reception area and bar. It was the most expensive place on our trip but far from the best. "

"Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Olga was fantastic and helped us have a wonderful stay. She recommended many great local places for us to visit. The room was very nice and clean with a wonderful bed and fireplace. We really liked the facility and the local area. It made for a very enjoyable stay!"
