"We had no problems getting our boats through. Kids fished in kayaks and we could see them and not worry. Its quiet and peaceful. If you are planning on having more than 4 or 5 plan during a season people can sleep on the large enclosed porch. Two of our bunch slept out there and we had no problems. Screen doors lock. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"Very nice. Loved the carport (it kept us dry when loading up), the covered back patio with fishing pole stands, and the overall interior decor. The bed was very comfy. Being that this was Memorial day weekend, the boat traffic was heavy and loud, but inside it was noticibly quieter. The only drawbacks were having only one light in the bedroom and no nightstands. Having a side lamp next to the couch would be nice for reading. "

"The place was well maintained and very clean. The location was ideal for anyone looking to kayak a little before hitting the main lake. Beautiful property and awesome house! Will be coming back!"

"Mary & Bill were lovely to work with and very friendly - they gave us great recommendations for canoeing and their location is excellent if you want to access the State Park or the Wildlife Refuge. "

"Hospitable hosts. Plenty of room for everyone. The pictures don't do the property justice. Super peaceful little place. Hope to stay here again."

"Very quiet. TV remotes, difficukt to operate, tv in bedroom turned on but no channels..oh well we spent most of time outdoors just needed for news and raining down time. Front door handle very loose. Ice maker no cubes. Entry road ruff. Comfortable and clean."

"We were so excited about this trip and booked it 5 months out. The property did not disappoint. It is in a great location - close enough to Caddo Lake, Jefferson and Marshall. The upstairs screened in patio was fun to enjoy the river view and the bottom deck on the water was relaxing.The home was well decorated and very clean. We are looking forward to coming back here again."

"We found the house to be rustic-modern. Great retreat for our family as we fished on Caddo. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the property amenities like the canoes and lake front across the street, but it was a big part of the decision to be rent. Comfortable living room for all of us and good wifi made movie watching while off the lake a nice treat (and helped us tackle a remote day working without skipping a beat)."

"Great place to stay and kick back. Quiet area on the water. Neighbor told us it is one of the last old cabins in area and the owners have kept the old cabin feel. Few things weren’t working properly but I was able to let owner know and responded quickly. Enough room for boat parking! Boat slip was under water due to recent rain. Will be back if on this side of lake again. "

"The Gator Den was such a blast! Absolutely a beautiful property, so many perks and amenities. Easy to park, walking distance to Tuckers boat launch, and the owners are incredibly helpful. 5 21 year old women were able to have fun comfortably and celebrate our friend getting married. The only suggestion I could even add is a curtain to cover the sliding glass door bc it is very easy to see in at night. Other than that, it’s a perfect place to stay!"

"We had a group of 4 couples. We loved the location and the property. We will make this an annual trip for our group.The floorplan isn't really detailed in the ad but we loved it. Two bedrooms downstairs and one up. Bunkbeds kind of in a dark corner downstairs, no door. One bathroom down and one up. The kitchen, master and living is on the second floor. Great hot water and water pressure. Beds all super comfy. Has charcoal grill (bring charcoal) and wifi (but it doesn't really work so maybe pack...
