Beautiful and peaceful, with total privacy. This cottage had everything we needed, with the added bonus of farm animal visitors on misty mornings. Easy travel to local highlights, close to town but far enough away to feel like a hidden sanctuary. Loved it

We can't rate the bus as it was unavailable on our arrival and in the barn for major maintenance. However we were offered a room in the adjacent lodge which was very nice - just not what we expected at the time of booking.

Pros: Lovely property; we really enjoyed the stay.Cons:Water pressure in the shower was poor. Security concern: on the morning of check out we found an empty bottle beer on the steps are the rear. This was not there the day before. We were concerned if there had been a prowler during the night.
