The Carpe Diem holiday apartment is located in the first row to the water and impresses with its central location in the Baltic Sea resort: the sailing and sports boat harbour, harbour promenade and sandy beach are within walking distance and ensure holiday comfort. There are two terraces where you can relax in the all-day sunshine or enjoy marvellous sunsets.



The living and dining area is the centrepiece of the holiday apartment. The panoramic view through the floor-to-ceiling windows over the marina of the Baltic Sea resort is breathtaking.

The open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired thanks to its extensive equipment.



Two bedrooms with high-quality box-spring double beds offer space to sleep and dream. Both bedrooms are also equipped with 40-inch flat-screen TVs and a Telekom home entertainment programme. The Bluetooth sonoro radio system provides music for your ears. The spacious bathroom promises moments of wellness, with a floor-level shower, bathtub and sauna (infrared cabin for four people).

Designed at ground level with a level-access shower and large bathroom, this holiday apartment allows full comfort even for holiday guests with limited freedom of movement.



The Carpe Diem holiday apartment is located on the ground floor. There is a private car park directly in front of the house.



And those travelling with bicycles can conveniently park them in their own storage room directly in front of the house. The bike shed also has light and electricity, so e-bikes can be easily charged.



Our favourite spot: relax on the terrace, enjoy the harbour cinema and the sunset.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Carpe Diem in der Kapitänsstraße 14: Tolle Wohnung mit kleinem Haken im Baugebiet

Die Wohnung war sauber und top ausgestattet. Leider funktionierte das angepriesene Entertainmentpaket erst nur auf einem von drei Fernsehern und nach 3 Tagen gar nicht mehr. Vier Reklamationen führten zu keiner Verbesserung. Ein Problem für unseren Sohn. Die eingerichtete Umleitung wegen der Baustelle war eine Schlamm- und Pfützenlandschaft. Auto und Fahrräder sahen nach einer Durchfahrt aus wie Sau. Der Gesamteindruck war wegen der ansonsten toll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung trotzdem ehr positiv. Schade, dass unser Problem nicht gelöst werden konnte.
