A highlight is the large roof terrace with all-round water views and all-day sunshine. The white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is also just a few hundred metres away. The floating holiday home houseboat is sheltered at the very beginning of the first jetty and is therefore directly accessible from land. Thanks to its front-row position, the houseboat boasts an unobstructed view over the water and towards the harbour entrance.



The modern and open-plan living and dining area is located on the first floor and forms the centre of the holiday home. While huge window fronts provide a phenomenal view of the Schlei, the adjoining terrace invites you to enjoy barbecue evenings together with a view over the sailing and sports boat harbour of the Baltic Sea resort. Culinary delights can be prepared on a high-quality gas barbecue. From this terrace, an external staircase leads to the 30 m² roof terrace with all-day sun and a panoramic view over the marina, the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Comfortable lounge furniture including a sun island invite you to linger.



The modern and well-equipped eat-in kitchen adjoining the living area with a dining table for up to six people offers all amenities.



The sleeping area of the floating holiday home is located on the ground floor. Two bedrooms here have space for up to four adults and each has its own TV with home entertainment programme. In the master bedroom, floor-to-ceiling windows open up new perspectives against the backdrop of the water. A patio door allows you to walk around the house from here, while a bathing ladder provides refreshment. A further bedroom with two single beds and a shower room are also located on this level. The comfortable sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space.



The floating holiday home is a houseboat with a wellness factor, the Finnish sauna in a bay window solution with a view of the water provides relaxation and the underfloor heating throughout the house ensures cosy comfort at any time of year.



A private car parking space with electric charging point is located in front of the jetty.



And if you want to come with your boat, you can park it conveniently at your own boat mooring right next to the house.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person, or bring their own.
