"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described. Property was clean on arrival. There were some minor maintenance tasks, all in hand, and did not detract from our enjoyment. Could do with some decoration refresh otherwise all very good. The pool was a focal point and this was kept highly clean and well maintained. Local beach was lovely. Arrive early if you want a sun bed. Local area all very nice. Plenty of car parking at the property and in local areas if driving....

"As a family of four this Villa hit all of our buttons and did disappoint. It was the perfect size and had wonderful amenities that made our stay a wonderful experience. The place was very well maintained. The only negative would be finding the villa per the directions - they state it’s in Complex A but there’s no such thing as this and it’s actually Phase 1. But apart from that mishap we had a wonderful time and everything was close by in terms of beaches and restaurants."

"My wife and I stayed at Demetris wonderful apartment for 28 days. Wonderful position just off the strip in Kapparis and near some beautiful little bays. Not overlooked and very quiet. My wife is disabled but apartment on first floor with a good sized lift and parking near by not a problem. Big question would we stay there again 100%. Thank you Demetris. "

"A lovely clean apartment a 5 min drive from a beautiful beaches and beach bar. This is a great base for exploring the island . We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and had everything we needed for our family holiday. The pool was clean and we had it to ourselves for most of the time. The host is lovely and gave us some recommendations for activities and dinner which didn’t disappoint. We loved our trip and hope to be back next summer. "

"Communication was good, location is ideal and the villa has everything you could need. There were a couple of things that were broken/needed attention but I made the team aware of these as they wouldn't affect me, but might do others and they assured me they would look into it as soon as I'd left. And I was aware that these things might only have been present as I was staying at the end of a busy season. Overall, a really lovely stay, thank you"

"Fabulous location right next to nice quiet beach with plenty of sun beds at very good prices €2:50 each bed and brolly. Clean and fully equipped villa with everything we needed. Only downside was that the pics and descriptions don’t say the downstairs bathroom has steps to get to it. Was an issue as mobility is compromised and is why we chose this villa for downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Also balconies on upstairs bedrooms have no furniture to enjoy the stunning views.
