Welcome to Kapaa Shore Resort A202. Nestled on Kauai’s picturesque “Coconut Coast,” Kapaa Shore Resort A202 is a charming oceanfront condo on the second floor, right in the heart of Kapaa Town. Recommended in Frommer's Kauai Guidebook, our resort offers the perfect blend of convenience and island luxury. Accommodates up to 4 guests, including children and infants.

Condo Features:
Bedroom and Bath: Enjoy a spacious 612 Square ft. one-bedroom, one-bath unit with a walk-in shower. The bedroom is equipped with a king bed, while the living room features a queen Murphy bed accommodating up to 4 guests.
Comfort: Portable AC is available in the bedroom. Ceiling fans and additional portable fans are provided in the living room. Open the large sliding glass doors to enjoy refreshing ocean breezes.
Amenities: Full kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking. Relax with a large 50" TV in the living room and an additional TV in the bedroom.

On-Site Amenities:
Pool and Hot Tub: Dive into the heated pool or unwind in the hot tub.

Everything was extremely clean other than the pots and pans. All but two pans were dirty or scrached up. Location is great for getting around the island and 8E88 food truck down the block is amazing. Could've had a few less emails and text messages during the trip wanting updates as it seemed to get a bit excessive from what it seemed mutiple people and or outlets. Overall i would still recommend the grounds to others looking for a place to stay thats under 2k.

Lovely location. We booked for the oceanfront views and it did not disappoint. The sunrise view is spectacular! No access to beach, but we enjoyed the lounge chairs on the grass.

We stayed here during our honeymoon and must say that we had a wonderful time! This apartment was clean, good views of the ocean, close to shops and restaurants. Since this is in Kapaa, it’s so easy to drive to North shore and south shore. We were able to split our days and enjoy each corner of the island. The beach in front of it is not swimmable but if you just walk 5 mins to the right of the apartment, there’s a beach there where you can swim, I do recommend wearing water shoes tho! Also the apartment came with beach chairs, umbrella,and 2 coolers to enjoy our beach day trip! The owner is also very responsive and answered all our questions. My wife and I are talking about staying here again next year!!

Enjoyed our stay!

The view and being right on the water and seeing and hearing the ocean Was amazing. All this condo wasn’t the most updated we’ve stayed in, it was well furnished, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for outings and the beach. The bed was super comfy and the fan and air conditioner in the bedroom were more than adequate to keep us comfortable. The rest of the condo was kept cool by the huge breeze off the water. There wasn’t a beach you could lie on, but there was a huge Lawn with loungers and the pool. There were many beaches close by. It was close to lots of restaurants and shopping and midway between the north and south sides of the island. Close to airport. Would return!

Beautiful View

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunrise. The listing said air conditioning, but it did not say that the air conditioning was only in the bedroom. That made it uncomfortable in the living room in the afternoons. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Everything Is Perfect

We stayed this lovely ocean view condo in Kauai, and it was an unforgettable experience. The breathtaking views of the ocean from the lanai were truly mesmerizing and set the perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation. Great home base for a couple

Great home base for our trip. The condo was clean and well furnished with a wonderful view of the ocean. The ac in the bedroom was very much appreciated. The lanai was the perfect place to watch the sunrise. The grounds are well kept and the pool was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overpriced for what it is

We booked the condo for our honeymoon and were immediately disappointed by the neighborhood which was pretty junky and run down. Overall the place was fine, air conditioner in bedroom is appreciated; Just wished we would have booked a nicer place for our honeymoon.

Good location

Great central location. Nice view, but no sandy beach out front. All lava. Sandy beach is further down but you have to cross private property. Pool and hot tub are nice. Portable AC unit works well for bedroom but has little impact on kitchen/living room. So can be warm for guests using the Murphy bed.

The views are real! Waking up to the beautiful and ever-changing sunrise and ocean view was my favorite part. The Murphy bed was super comfy, plus you can hear the waves! Kitchen and bathroom were great and well stocked. Only negative was that this area seemed to be a wind tunnel almost all the time. Due to the windy conditions, we never used the pool since we'd be chilly with the wind. The hot tub was closed in early March 2024 and we were not notified, so that was a bummer due to the wind since it was too chilly for the pool.

The unit is supplied with all the necessities you need. Great location; not far from the airport and on main drag to other island sites. Safe/secure area. Loved the big-screen TV during the World Series!

We mostly enjoyed our stay but beware, the roosters crow early mornings and don’t stop til late morning. The unit was comfortable and clean and we loved the beautiful ocean view from our deck. Beautiful sunrises!

Kauai Trip

Just returned from our first trip to Kauai. It was wonderful. We really enjoyed our unit and will miss the amazing views and the morning sunrises. This place was as described. It was decorated in the typical Hawaiian theme. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessities. The lanai was perfect to have a meal and enjoy the view. The property manager was very responsive to any inquiries. Safeway is close by as well as some really good restaurants, Starbucks,ABC Store,etc. The beach in front is not really for swimming but other beaches are close by. We didn’t rent a car (but will next time) but we were able to use Uber when needed. As stated there was no air conditioning but found it to be quite comfortable as there were fans in both the living room and bedroom. We can’t wait for our next trip. One thing, the roosters get up very early so if that is an issue would suggest earplugs. Didn’t really bother us and they are all over the Island so it wasn’t an issue specific to this unit. We would definitely stay again.

Great Choice

The property is extremely clean. The pool area was never too crowded, and it was well maintained. The location is perfect to be close enough to all parts of the island. The unit itself was as described. Sitting on the balcony is so relaxing. We didn’t need AC because of the constant breeze from the ocean. The mattress is very comfortable. We are returning in August and would stay here if there was room for 4.
