A Gorgeous Oceanfront Condo! (2BR)

Perfect for families and friends! This first floor unit has a stunning beachfront view that overlooks the ocean. Walk out onto the lanai and enjoy a peaceful landscape of the clear blue sky framed by palm trees while listening to the ocean waves.

The condo has AC and comes fully equipped with kitchen amenities that allows you to cook a full meal. From plates, bowls, and cups to all the necessary cutlery items. The unit is right across the street from a Safeway not to mention the various unique shops and restaurants along the road!

Enjoy downtime activities on the condo complex such as visiting the Meeting/Recreation room to read a book or play a game of Ping Pong. When you feel like relaxing outdoors, walk out from the lanai and take a dip in Kauai Kailani’s pool or suntan along the beach.

Nearby activities include surfing, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, golf, kayaking, and so much more! I am always happy to provide recommendations if you have any questions as well.

Compact and a bit busy, with many families in other units, but in general a good base for visiting the island. The front bedroom is right across from the elevator, making it especially noisy and brighly lit. Some blackout curtains would be a big help.

Dave's home was absolutely amazing. The place was perfect for my family and had everything we needed. It was very clean as well. We woke up each morning to see the sunrise and loved every second of being there. Dave was also very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. It worked great for our needs. Grocery store is across the street. Worst thing is the traffic in front of the unit. We always had good luck with people letting us in and out. Overall it was a great place and I would stay again.

Wonderful unit! Clean, set up was great. Good location, central on the east side. Unit owners are very nice and have great communication. Made sure we knew about the tsunami warning and even gave tips on where to go. The beach is very relaxing.

Location location

We enjoyed our stay, very convenient location, there's a Safeway across the street at a shopping mall with a couple stores and a Ross store for last minute shopping. The bldg can use some TLC but, our unit was clean, we used the grill the 2 nights we stayed here and had a nice location close to the airport and the helicopter. Will highly recommend this condo, we will definitely come back. The host had great communication, parking was convenient.

Handy spot and everything we needed

Well equipped condo in a good location. We enjoyed our time here and found the supermarket and strip mall across the road good. Kaapa is a good mid point to explore the island from.

Heavenly sunrises

The location was perfect! Best sunrise views out the window, I would take my breakfast to the beach just steps away and enjoy the sunrise every morning, it was incredible! The beds were comfortable, the space was great! It was clean & well stocked. Highly recommend!It is in an apartment like building with a lot of people who seem to permanently live there. Definitely not isolated & the neighbors were very noisy so I advise ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper (I know that’s out of the owners control just wanted to make sure you’re aware). It was a great “home base” we didn’t spend much time other than sleeping there. Too many amazing things to see and do in Kauai. The hosts were great and very responsive. The space was perfect for me (a single mom) & my 3 kids. Thank you for such a lovely stay!!!

Nice room in a good location!

This accomodation is good for two couples or a small family. Several extras - couches fold into beds and there is a portable crib! Loved that it was on the beach!!! Easy access to groceries, restaurants and more! Dave was a great commucator, too!

Great property in great location

We really enjoyed the property. It is in a great location. Easy access to the entire island. We needed the property manager on one occasion, and he was quick to respond and to rectify the situation. The condo itself was spacious and very comfortable. It was great to listen to the ocean and feel the breeze in evening. The couches in the living room are not the most comfortable to sit on after a day of exploring the island, but after a few hours we were ready for bed. We only used the kitchen for a couple of dinners but it seemed to have everything we needed.

Nice apartment in Kauai

Clean apartment with everything you need for your vacation. Supermarket is directly across the street, plenty of food trucks are nearby. Location is very good, as all parts of the island are easy to reach. The beach of the condo is not really a swimming beach, but that was totally fine for us, as there are so many beautiful beaches to go and the pool works totally great for short cool downs.
