Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

There are no houses around the estate (a ranch to your south and Oakwood Country Club to your north) so you have complete privacy.

YWAM Kansas City is located just across the street.

Additional Notes:
A couch is also in the King bed room.

Please take off shoes before entering the house for clean and sanitary environment during your stay.

Before leaving, don't forget to do dishes either by hand or by the dishwasher.

Put bed linens, wash cloths, and bath towels you used and put them inside the tub.

Empty all small trash cans into the big kitchen trash can. If the can is not big enough, put extra trash in a trash bag and leave it on the porch.

Before leaving, set the thermostat at 55 during winter and off during summer.

Lovely Property

What an amazing home away from home!

This home was perfect for our ladies getaway. You can tell the owner takes pride in this home. It was well stocked with everything (and more) that we needed. Beautiful, so clean and comfortable! The owner responded promptly to any questions we had. You cannot go wrong reserving this home if you are visiting the KC area!!!

Family gathering

My sisters and I met in KC to attend a service for my uncle. White Oak Farm was a perfect place for us to stay and spend time together. We loved gathering in the kitchen and living room. The house was spacious enough for the six of us to give us our privacy as well. We loved the cleanliness, decor, and overall feel. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful and clean!

We stayed for a week for my son’s baseball tournament and this has to be the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in! The house was a beautifully updated farmhouse with beautiful views.

Family Vaca

Went to Kansas City for a little family vacation and went to World of Fun and Union Station over the Memorial Day weekend. The house was perfect for our family's needs. The yard was fantastic for our kids and grandkids to play baseball and tag in. The kitchen and dining room were excellent for all those meals made and to play family games at. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and clean. It was an excellent places to stay and if we are back in the Kansas City area, we will definitely be back!!

Comfortable, convenient, and clean

We were a group of siblings and spouses visiting Kansas City. Although I was concerned that we might be a little far from the city, we were able to get to the World War I museum and the art museum in less than 20 minutes. The house was very clean and had open and comfortable spaces that allowed us to visit easily.

A wonderful stay

Family getaway

The property is a little slice of heaven in the city. Centrally located and clean with a very homey feel. We all loved the openness of the floor plan and how we were able to gather around the beautiful farm table. The property Manager was wonderful and got back with me right away with any questions I had. He was very accommodating and I would definitely book this property again. Highly recommend!!!

Family Wedding

We were a group of 6 adults that came to KC for a family wedding. The house was very clean. The live plants & flowers inside the house was a very welcoming touch. Min was very helpful & attentive to all our needs. Definitely recommend this property.

Home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful country home within the city. We were in the area for our eldest daughter’s wedding at Old Shawnee town so we wanted a place for our Illinois family to stay together. Our son was the first to arrive and thought that he must be heading in the wrong direction to find a country oasis after traveling through city traffic. We had absolutely no complaints; it was so comfortable and suited us well. We hope to get the opportunity to stay again in the future.

Hidden gem in the southern end of Kansas City

This place was amazing. We traveled to Kansas City for a funeral, and I had all my family come in from New England, Ireland, and Washington, DC. The house was large enough to fit all 10 of us and the owners even made up an extra room for our large group. The property was fairly quiet. It was close to the highway, but set on an old farm that even had a horse pasture behind it. The only slight disadvantage was that it was not easy to get to and from the highway. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would stay here again.

Great find for a family gathering

This house feels like a country farmhouse while being moments from everything! Our family of 8 adults had plenty of room to spread out and felt very much at home during our stay. The host was very responsive to questions and we had no issues during our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a family get away.
