The best part about this home is the location.Right downtown in a great neighborhood. Very easy to get anywhere in the city.

Nice little place

Pretty good little house. Old house for sure but comfortable. There is an upstairs that gets loud when children and or adults move frequently.

Perfect Property!

My family of four and I could not have been happier with this property! Everything was exactly as listed and the neighborhood is incredible! The exposed brick gave is such a cool, urban vibe that I've never really experienced in KC. I got up in the morning and walked down the street to the Farmer's Market to purchase some fresh juice and fruit for breakfast. Even better, Garozzo's has long been one of our favorite Italian restaurants (on this side of the Atlantic anyway) and we couldn't believe our luck that it was just a block away from the property! Beds were very comfortable and soft and my son and I had a blast challenging each other to Foosball and putting tournaments. My only complaint is that we weren't there long enough! I am 100% certain that the next time we come to KC for a game or a concert, I will do everything I can to stay here again.

Beautiful astonishing stay

It was amazing stay I enjoyed the downtown. View and essence of the neighborhood. It was very spacious. Clean, and impressive I love the design set up for the interior made me and my family feel comfortable and very at home. I really appreciate you guys for your services.

Mostly great

There were a few issues, notably the television in the living room did not have a functional remote, which we didn’t notice until late in the evening. The biggest issue is that one of the steps came completely free as we were leaving. We do have pictures as one of our party fell through the stairs. The home was otherwise sufficient for our needs.
