"駅からの立地はとても便利でした。スタッフさんはとても親切に対応してくださりました。館内着大きいサイズ案内を早めに伝えて頂けたら。 近くのごはん屋さん、電話してから行く事をおすすめします。エレベーターも一台でしたがとてもスムーズ。朝食も美味しかったです。"

"夫婦と一歳の孫の３人で宿泊しました。ツインルームでしたが、ベッドを窓際に2台くっつけられるお部屋で、孫が落ちる心配なく眠るなどができました。また、1番奥の端のお部屋にしてくださったのも、小さい子供がいることへの配慮だと思います。 朝食のビュッフェも、いろいろなものがあるため孫の食事の心配をすることなく食べさせられました。 スタッフの対応がとても良く、３泊毎日違う方でしたが、皆とても優しく対応してくださいました。岩手に行くことがあれば、またぜひ泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました。"
