"Check in is easy and Allie made sure we got in and settled. Good parking area with a covered spot close to the door. We didn't cook but there seemed to be everything we would need. The beds were good and everything was clean and tidy. The house is three or four minutes from the Shakespeare festival which was our initial goal. Everything worked out perfectly! Thanks Allie!"

"Exceeded our expectations in every way. Spent a whole day exploring the 10 acre estate and the surrounding properties at a leisurely pace and just family, no crowds!! Yet we were close enough to see Zion and Bryce with a short drive. The idea of being off grid fascinated me but all the comforts of home were still available. The Host were very knowledgeable about the area and shared information/ideas as asked. They wanted us to relax, recharge and enjoy their part of the world and we did. Thanks"

"Owners were very friendly and flexible with our booking dates that we had to change at the last minute. The rental space was beautiful and had everything my family of four needed plus fun animals to enjoy in the evenings after our hikes."

"Worked great for our family. We attended the Shakespeare festival and it was easy to get to the plays from there. Loved that we had access to the pool… kids loved it! Didn’t know where they key to the clubhouse was at first, but asked the host and figured it out quickly."

"It was nice and Kristen was very responsive to our questions. Once the code wouldn’t open the front door but we finally got it to work. We ran out of toilet paper and searched the entire house to no avail. I messaged Kristen and she told us it was in the garage. I would recommend putting a few extra rolls in the bathrooms. But these are very minor to a very nice spacious house that we enjoyed. It was close to the Shakespeare Festival, which was the reason we were there so that was nice."

"Adorable small home in an awesome location on the east side of Cedar City. Across the street from a walking park and walk out the door trails. Home is super clean and hosts are immediately responsive and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Shared backyard is fenced in for dogs. Very close to downtown and Shakespeare festival. "

"We got there and we were overwhelmingly impressed with the amaneties and everything that they provided!! it was a really really beautiful apartment and a pleasurable experience would definitely recommend!!!"

"This was our second visit to this amazing property. Our family of three generations found this lovely home as the perfect destination for our annual family reunion. Favorite amenities include the massive home theater, which was the site of many family movie sessions, the outdoor private pool, and the Fiddler’s Canyon trail which runs directly behind the property. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. But the owner, Tiffany, takes the cake for best host we’ve ever had. Her level of kindness,...

"We have been coming to Cedar City for 30 years and have stayed in a lot of rentals. This place is clean and the owners have tried hard to make and keep it nice. This is an excellent location close to city center and only 2-3 minutes from the Shakespeare Festival. The neighborhood is a little older but quiet and convenient. The only criticism is that the AC unit is noisy and does not have a thermostat. Otherwise it is one of our favorites. "

"My family absolutely loved this stunning location. The treehouse was such a welcoming and amazing home. Every room from the kitchen to the living room to the bedroom had stunning views of the canyon. Nicely located in driving distance from Vegas, Zion, and Bryce canyon. We loved every minute. Add the weight room and the Jacuzzi and you had bonus on bonus. Brad was a wonderful and communicative host. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Southern Utah"
