"I stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning and wanted to be close to the airport.
All communication regarding check-in and check-out was handled smoothly via WhatsApp. The responses were very quick, and they provided clear instructions along with a helpful PDF guide with images. Thanks to that, I was able to check in and out without any issues.
Unfortunately, I did spot a few cockroaches when I woke up in the morning, which was disappointing.

"The property is in a convenient location, right next to the shopping centre, and is ideal for anyone who wants to stay close to the airport with easy access to shops.
However, the check-in process is not smooth. I stayed here twice for about 7 hours each time during my transit in Malaysia, and on both occasions, my room was changed at short notice. "Our flight was delayed twice, so by the time we arrived it was very late but the security guard was friendly, welcoming and so helpful. The bottles of cold water in the fridge were a relief to see. We had everything we needed, just a shame we didn't have more time to make use of the facilities available."
