The hotel is bit cramped and there are better hotels around penang, if you want to check that out. The staff ensures the room is in good condition before you leave which might irate some customers Who are not used to that. Overall all not bad. "

"The building is confusing for check in and parking. The unit is nice and clean. But, no hand soap at the sinks area. No hand towels in the bathrooms and kitchen. No instruction for TV. No AC in the hallway, was very hot! We do like the location. "
