"Our flight was delayed twice, so by the time we arrived it was very late but the security guard was friendly, welcoming and so helpful. The bottles of cold water in the fridge were a relief to see. We had everything we needed, just a shame we didn't have more time to make use of the facilities available."

"I stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning and wanted to be close to the airport. All communication regarding check-in and check-out was handled smoothly via WhatsApp. The responses were very quick, and they provided clear instructions along with a helpful PDF guide with images. Thanks to that, I was able to check in and out without any issues. Unfortunately, I did spot a few cockroaches when I woke up in the morning, which was disappointing. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay for Transit Travelers! I had a great experience at KLIA by Avery. The 24-hour concierge service is incredibly convenient, and the hotel is super close to the airport – only about a 15-minute drive! There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very easy to grab a meal or essentials. Highly recommended for anyone with a layover or early flight!"
